Horrible experience with one of the reps there. Applied for HELOC. Was told “great!” Then rep sat on documents for about 3-4 weeks. When rep followed up with request for docs (which were already provided) - rep then advised we in even better situation !Fast forward to their advertised “6 weeks review off application” I get a call saying “nothing is working”. Horrible experience with this branch and their rep. Avoid at all cost, Newmarket RBC branch much better!

Roshan, has always provided me with excellent, accurate and very friendly advice over the past few years as my banker. In fact, I am confident in saying that he always has my best interest in mind when in comes to investing my money.

I will give this a ZERO on review. I sent an email to Banking Advisor Roshan Daniel of RBC Uxbridgeat the beginning of December. More emails and a phone call and I still haven't heard back from him!

Carolyn, I have the exact same situation with Roshan.My initial communication was November 8th. 2nd attempt was December 10th now 3rd and final attempt was today. Just to tell him he is such a professional and how he personally really cares. It's ok, Karmas great.Cheers and have a blessed 2023

Extremely short toned and rude staff. First time going into the tellers here. Couldn’t believe it. Before even speaking was greeted with rudeness and wrong perceptions.. will not go back in here ever.. the Stouffville branch is ten times better. Thinking it is time to switch banks completely….
