Why is it that I have gassed up at the Esso here in Val Caron on main st 100+ times, when I go to pay, every single time I punch in my phone number since my barcode for my PC optimum doesn’t work. All of a sudden today I’m told “we do not accept the phone number, we need the physical card”, I ask why because I’ve done it multiple times & he says “our esso is owned by a different corporation”. I then ask him what other esso’s his corporation owns & he mentions all the other esso’s I have done the same thing at, so I mention I’ve done it at those ones & this esso & his reply then is “well I’m not doing it so can you pay now?” Terrible service. I will be contacting Exxon Mobil regarding this as when you run under a banner like Esso, Tim’s, etc. you must always adhere to their way of doing things. Will most likely never come back.

Had you wait for a bus but the banks were too high so I came here too wait and warm up, bought a snack and the Clerk was very nice and friendly and DIDN'T mind me waiting inside for 20 mins 👍 I was able to get on the bus at the entrance of the Esso 👍

I used to always get coffee from here. Today was the last day. I ordered a white hot chocolate with a shot of espresso and a double double. The double double was put in a broken cup so it spilled all over myself and my new car. And the white hot chocolate was regular hot chocolate with 2 shots of espresso, so I couldn't even drink it. Not to mention it took 15 minutes just to get my order, and I was only the second person in line.2 drinks completely wasted and 1 car ruined.

Honestly it used to be good, but now with staffing changes and lack of quality control it’s kinda just the last option…It’s prices seem to be constantly slightly pricier than other placesThe staff don’t seem to careI don’t care if they are from other countries I don’t care if there English is poor but some don’t speak any English whatsoever or French I feel like 1 requirement for a customer service job should be basic understanding
