Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Large variety of items. Prices vary from great deals to a little bit much. Great selection of items. Wide open area to shop. Really clean and organized. I'd definitely suggest it's worth checking out. I'm definitely going to return.

So me and my boys right, we was walking in, and some. LADY, stopped us and said. “EXCUSE ME! Are you guys 16?” So we said no (please note im 15 right now and I turn 16 in 3 months) and she said “WELL YOU CANT BE IN HERE WITHOUT A PARENT!”
So moral of the story, we got kicked out because we’re 15 not 16 and apparently not mature enough with that 3 month gap. And I don’t think that’s the rule because we used to go there all the time until that lady told us we couldn’t. So I think she was just scared because we’re teenagers and she thought we were gonna steal. Personally, I’m very mature, responsible, and respectful, so for her to do that actually makes me upset.

Showed up after seeing the people on the highway sidewalk waving 25% off everything posters. Everyone was so welcoming in the store. The music was nice. Super friendly and helpful staff. The deals were amazing. Especially the xmas decorations!!

First time in this store and had a terrible experience. My mom and I found a deal on paper towels (which are normally super expensive), and we went to check out . They scanned in 10$ more than what they were advertised for on the shelf. Of course, I tell the cashier this, and she has another young lady go check out the sign. Now, normally, I wouldn't care. However, there was a whole shelf full of this particular item with the sale sign... I am not going to read the barcode to ensure it lines up with the item, I would assume the store employees keep this somewhat organized. The young lady comes back and very rudely states "look the number on this is 777 and the number on this is 888 therefore NO its not on sale" as she points to it and just proceeds to stare us down like we were attempting to steal. She didn't attempt to make things right given the false advertising or apologize for the misunderstanding or even offer us the correct product that was listed for that price. Zero customer service skills and not customer friendly. First and last time I will ever enter this store.

Good prices when you are looking for low cost items. Not the best quality, but still works for me, depending the use for it. Staff/cashiers very friendly and it wasn't too busy!.

BEWARE of the department store in the Val Est Mall in Val Caron. First of all, they told me they were a liquidation store, and by the way they only advertise everything in french(why) . I just wanted to let everyone know what just happened to me today. On Feb 14, 2022, I purchased 6 kitchen seat cushion for my dining room. This came at a price of just over $75. within the month they went from being about 1.5" thick to less than a 1/2 " thick and felt like you are sitting right on the wooden chairs. So I tried to return them today and was told I could not return them because it was more than 30 days since I purchased them. It is actually 36 days since I purchased them. The manager was rude and told me that 30 days was the maximum. said they were used. I asked her if I was suppose to take them off every time we sat at the table. Her response was 30 days. BEWARE of this STORE.

Bring cash!!! The debit machine timed out on me 3 times. Ended up paying with visa purchase was 718.63. To my surprise it came out of my bank account 3 times. I was credited back once but not the other 2 times. Called the bank they definitely got my money an extra 1437.26. Called Rossy they said no but to my surprise I was told I wasn't the only one. Bank is now doing a investigating .So be aware.
