Slow and bad service. The employees I had to deal with was mean and had these added fake rules for some fake security reasons to pick up a simple letter. Will not do business to this location ever again. I hope Canada Post sees all of the bad reviews of this location and close it.

I've mailed intentionally to various countries and by far these guys are the worst: couldn't make a simple delivery and blamed it on "incomplete address"; subsequently been provided address proof but still won't admit to being at fault

What a disorganised company. I have contacted them and they promised me to respond by email within 5 business days, regarding the matter. And after a week, they said they are not sure why the email was never sent. Plus my request is no longer exist.Avoid Canada Post at all cost if you want to have a acceptable mailing service.As they will fail in every tiny details.

I've gone to this location twice and both times simple procedures were like taking the bar exam. I went in yesterday with a pre paid return package and I could see the hamster fall off the wheel of the employee. Not wanting to leave my package with an incompetent I went to another Canada post who luckily had an employee who learned to read. When I explained how jean coutue couldn't send my package he laughed and said "yeah, they hire special people over there".
