We have been customers for over 20 years, first at the Beechwood location and then at the Westboro location since it opened. The quality of the work is excellent and the customer service is second to none. JP (at the Westboro location) goes above and beyond to be helpful

Had a Canada goose jacket cleaned for $75, which I thought was very decent. Had a kilt cleaned too. Very good job. Polite and quick. This is my place to go for dry cleaning.

I use location on Richmond Ave. Gentleman who works there is amazing and super professional. It is simply a pleasure to visit this location. Quality of service is something I would wish to see more in Ottawa.Services: Special care fabric cleaning

I use the Richmond Road location, and have been dealing with JP for close to 30 years now (starting on Beechwood). During that time, he has given me exceptional client service, going way beyond the norm to create a lifetime customer. In additional to superior client service, he is also very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I go to Monsons specifically because of JP!Services: Clothing alterations & repairs

I brought my fiancé's wedding shirt to this cleaner the week of our wedding and pointed out that the buttons are delicate. We were told, as is usual company policy, that they are not responsible for any damage to the buttons. We understand that this is standard company policy and submitted the shirt. What we don't understand is the lack of adequate attention and care to the garment. The buttons were not protected when the shirt was treated (a level of service that is provided by other drycleaners) and a result is the button came back ruined two days before our wedding. The clerk's response "we are not responsible for damage". I would like to ask the drycleaner staff to move past apathy and consider how it can strengthen the level of care and attention to the delicate garments submitted. How can the staff demonstrate excellence in the service it provides? Apathy has created significant disappointment for us regarding one significant item of clothing we have thoughtfully chosen for our wedding day. More disappointingly, the shirt will need to be pressed at home again as it was provided with wrinkles. I look forward to management's response on how it will invoke a standard of excellence on the part of its staff and the garments it treats.

Went there on a Saturday afternoon to lick up a jacket they had cleaned and it was CLOSED!!! No other cleaner closes on Saturdays! Most people who work bring their stuff or pick up on Saturdays, after the work week. I will never use them again
