Marie Josephine Matio Mbende is worst advisor. Not recommended. Doesn’t know how to do things and become senior banking advisor. I have also submitted complaint about her to NBC.

I’m Very disappointed due to behaviour of old lady on counter she have such a rude behaviour I go to bank for cash out I have two accounts with national bank me and my wife and she decline that she even don’t have 0$ for two accounts, I decided to move to an other bank if on needs they don’t have 0$ cash and with such a bad attitude

Been banking there for about 30+ years. Service has gone down incredibly over the last 5!! every time I go in there is an exceptionnaly long wait to get service unless there is no one at the teller. I do not use the ATM as I have been frauded to the tune of 200K in the past. When I go in, someone invariably comes out and asks what I am here for. When I say I wish to do a withdrawal, they insist on my using the ATM and I always answer no thanks. I was chastised for waiting in line(about 35 minutes) to "just" withdraw funds! Reply from me: I waited like everyone else, please, may I make a withdrawal? Half heartedly accepted to help me. STOP ASKING ME TO GO TO THE ATM!!!! I don't want to use the ATM as I don't trust it!! When pwoplw hve to wait mre than 10 minutes t get service just open another teller why don't ya??? BTW, all tellers except one are SUPER and very friendly!! Also, there is this Portugese lady; she always does her best to offer superb service. She's been there along time and get customers's needs.

I will say that I am shocked to see these reviews. I honestly had no idea that it was such a bad branch or bank to deal with. I recently opened a checking account with them and I got major attitude when I entered the branch to complete the online application. Furthermore, they asked me about my employment and I told them they didn't need that information and it was personal. She continue to harass me and tell me that it was for tax purposes.. I told her I work for a private individual, that means private! So she proceeded to put me down as self-employed.

After visiting that branch the first time, I read the reviews and I was surprised about the bad reviews since I got a really good service from someone called “Isabelle” and a cashier. HOWEVER, after my second visit, I now fully understand the bad reviews they receive here. The once-upon-a-time-nice-Isabelle was really rude when the cashier went to see her to get clarification about my questions. The once-upon-a-time-nice-Isabelle must understand that the customer understands everything from the counter. If you can avoid this branch, please do yourself a favour and visit another branch!

I contacted National Bank to inquire about a preapproval six months ago. I sent them the required documents, but decided to use another bank. Yesterday, National Bank automatically withdrew $276.85 from my RBC account under a charge called “mortgage Prets”.I have no service with National Bank and haven’t spoke to anyone from National Bank in six months. I was never made aware of any further charges!! However, they used the banking information I provided to go directly into my account and take money. This was not authorized and completely wrong! Be careful sharing your information with this Bank!!

Don’t not trust this bank with any of your mortgage or account. Unprofessional. The bank director will not call back to resolve and staff talk to you like your incompetent.STAY AWAY FOR THIS BANK

I've been dealing with Mrs. Fernandes at this location since I open my account and I could not be happier, she is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, always there to help and find the proper solution. If I could give Mrs. Fernandes 10 stars I would.

I went to open an account yesterday, and the process was horrible and not complete, no consultant assisted me and was standing for 49 minutes with some one in the reception he was very slow and lack product knowledge, and he never gave me my debit card and told me it will be sent to me once i deposit an amount or payment (which is wrong information and how can i register online without a debit card? It was closing time and he wanted to get rid of me so that they can close!However the funny thing he managed to sell me a credit card, i was asked by contact center to go back there to get a debit card but no matter what with COVID im not going back. As a new comer i would advise you to bank with TD or CIBC , this branch customer service is horrible ! I would never advise anyone to bank with you after this bad customer service experience!I wonder how this bank management Monitor quality and service !
