How come the gas station’s only washroom is out of order We have to leave with empty gas tank and refill our tank elsewhere with a washroom to use. I'm quite certain that their employee satisfaction is very low because they don't even have access to restrooms during work hours.

The BMO ATM has been broken for months.
There's no other BMO in the city to use after main branch hours.
They are sparce.

I’ve stopped here often to use the ATM. I’ve always found the service friendly and helpful. But yesterday’s experience was over the moon. I’d extracted my not inconsiderable amount of money from the machine, and gave into the temptation to buy a chocolate bar, making a joke with the clerk about old ladies eating too much candy. I left, got home and found I had failed to put my several hundred dollars in the wallet I normally use. You can imagine my panic. I phone the store. I spoke to Skander. He remembered me and was relieved I’d called because I had dropped the money and he found it after I left. He had it there waiting for me. What a way to have your faith in humanity confirmed. Thank you Skander. Your boss and all your customers are lucky to have you.

Definitely somewhere to go if you NEED something, as the prices are quite astronomical! It's a little sad when the cheapest thing you can purchase at this location is a $2 lottery ticket (they do not sell the $1 tickets anymore). Convenience..100%. Savings...-100%.This is in no way a reflection of the staff who are employed here. They are fantastic at their job and greet everyone with a smile!

Had gas, got gas, car was able to drive. Satisfied with the ability to get gas at this gas station. Also is usually cheaper than the other two down the street!

There is no point saving 3c/L with CAA if the gas is always exactly 3c/L more than the two gas stations across the street.

Gas station is mess the guy didn’t know how to redeem airmiles, he told me I cannot and I showed him hey I have points then he did it but not completely he said do this much and come back again to buy gas again. Also the price online says 1.41 they charged me 1.47 then also I was paying but they are rude don’t even recommend anyone this store

I am a skip the dishes driver and I went to pick up an order and The woman there made me go pick out the items and put them in my skip bag because she said that she's too busy and she didn't realize that skip the dishes order was there I cannot believe that because she confirmed it but I had to go shopping for the customer I'm not a instart driver don't go shopping I'm literally a delivery person this was not called for and I would appreciate the manager reaching out to me

Extremely rude staff that give the impression they can't be bothered with answering questions or just helping out in general - just terrible staff. Washrooms are always out of service even for customers who purchase gas and merchandise. I recommend going to the other two stations either across the street or across and down the street.
