“I took my 2012 Q5 Audi in to diagnose recurring low oil pressure and engine oil indicator lights around December 2025. It was suggested I try a NAPA Autopro location by family as I was struggling to find an answer to this issue. Without fail J&D were able to provide me with a detailed explanation of the issue; valve cloaking. FINALLY! An answer to an issue that no other mechanic was able to pinpoint. Even more importantly, I was given a detailed explanation of what it was, how to fix it (they were transparent about the fact that this was not their area of expertise) and potential costs from their experience. Not only did I feel validated, I also felt like I was truly understood and taken seriously. Thank you so much to Serge for your thorough assessment and patience in helping me figure out this issue. A garage that seems very honest and does not try to make you do repairs for nothing. In my case, they were able to tell me what would be essential vs. optional according to my preferences (I have an old car), and they respected my choices without any problem!
