“I took my 2012 Q5 Audi in to diagnose recurring low oil pressure and engine oil indicator lights around December 2025. It was suggested I try a NAPA Autopro location by family as I was struggling to find an answer to this issue. Without fail J&D were able to provide me with a detailed explanation of the issue; valve cloaking. FINALLY! An answer to an issue that no other mechanic was able to pinpoint. Even more importantly, I was given a detailed explanation of what it was, how to fix it (they were transparent about the fact that this was not their area of expertise) and potential costs from their experience. Not only did I feel validated, I also felt like I was truly understood and taken seriously. Thank you so much to Serge for your thorough assessment and patience in helping me figure out this issue. “Speedy on Maloney is MVP when it comes to customer service. They show what is wrong with the car and what they will do. I had coolant leaks twice and they found the issue and didn't overcharge. They are very fair with their price.
At first I didn't have any coolant left so they didn't see the leak so they only charged me for the coolant they added.
This time there was still some coolant to find the leak so they are only paying me for the metal zip tie that was broken and the check up that they did to make sure it wasn't something else. Thank you so much.”
