“I've been taking my car to Kavanaugh Garage since 2018 and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. They’re consistently friendly, accommodating and they take time to explain what needs to be prioritized and what can wait. That has really helped me manage repair costs over the years! Marc is extremely knowledgeable and honest and I always feel like I'm getting straightforward advice. One more thing, it’s convenient to have my off-season tires stored there too.”

“I was looking for a reliable body shop near my house where I could trust my car, and I decided on this one after seeing great reviews online. Even though it was my first time there, I was greeted warmly and friendly, which put my mind at ease and gave me a sense of trust. They were quick to schedule an appointment despite their busy schedule, so I was able to get my tires replaced smoothly and prepare for winter. Great service.I recommend this body shop.”

“We’re from Winnipeg and began having transmission issues just outside of Ottawa. We had our campervan towed to this location, where they went above and beyond with their service. Kristin was friendly and knowledgeable and kept us promptly updated to our repair status. Mike the service tech worked so hard to get us back on the road in a safe and timely manner. This location worked in communication with our Winnipeg location to honor the nationwide warranty, even though we were 6000kms over the warranty threshold. We are so thankful for all their hard work and kindness.”

“Excellent service from speedy. One of my tires was indicating low pressure. I stopped in to see if they could take a look at it for me. I did not have an appointment. They took my car into the bay, removed the tire and did various checks on it including submerging in water to look for leaks. Could not have asked for better service. Thanks.”

372 Bd Maloney O, Gatineau QC J8P 6W2
“Speedy on Maloney is MVP when it comes to customer service. They show what is wrong with the car and what they will do. I had coolant leaks twice and they found the issue and didn't overcharge. They are very fair with their price. At first I didn't have any coolant left so they didn't see the leak so they only charged me for the coolant they added. This time there was still some coolant to find the leak so they are only paying me for the metal zip tie that was broken and the check up that they did to make sure it wasn't something else. Thank you so much.”

“As someone who has dealt with many questionable mechanics in the past, Halley's Auto Service is among the top tier as far as I am concerned. Their diagnoses are comprehensive and the repair work done on my car has always excelled beyond my expectations. I wish more auto repair businesses were as forthcoming, professional, and knowleageable as this team is. If you're considering any car repairs, I strongly encourage reaching out to them.”

1150 Gladstone Ave, Ottawa ON K1Y 3H6
“I had my rotors, brakes, and safety done here, and the price was exactly what I expected with no surprise charges or last minute add ons. Jim and his team did their best to have my car ready when I needed it, which I really appreciated. I was also glad they took the time to do the work properly instead of rushing through it in two minutes, like another reviewer seemed to expect.”
