Herb's Travel Plaza is a great stop for gas or snacks on a trip, and a great truck stop. It is the last gas station before the Quebec border. Gas prices are always good and hard to find lower, with a good price on diesel. There is a good selection inside the convenience store with everything you could need: snacks, other items, toiletries, ready meals, toys, shoes, and lots of truck and car accessories and chargers. There is also a little restaurant or diner attached that looks amazing, serving good food. It is a go-to place for a delicious, fair-priced breakfast available at all times. The staff are super nice, friendly, and honest. The place has lots of truck parking, clean washrooms, showers, and free WiFi. It is open 24 hours and is a place you can count on.

When ever I go to Ottawa, it is my go to gaz break spot. Friendly staff, bilingual most of them (French and English), access to clean bathrooms.
