Started going here a few months back. The prices are good and quality of gas is good. However, the owners and workers seem to care more about standing around. A worker there sold dips to kids that looked under 19, didn't ID them.. The same worker I saw today asked me if me and my Partner were Canadian?! And then proceeded to tell me how to pump gas and followed me out and did it for me. When I said I can do it myself he said "No." Incredibly shocked by the sexism and "service."

Terrible place. Gas pumps do not auto shut off.Resulting in major spills and soaking my wife, while she tried desperately to release the gas nozzle. Full pressure gasoline pumping backward directly on you while you fight to get the fuel nozzle to stop! Enough gasoline spilled to begin flowing towards the municipal sewage drain.Completely soaked in gasoline, the gas station attendant did NOTHING to help my wife. No rags, no soap, no water.They never turned off the pump, and the same thing happened to other customers.Contacted Shell Canada, and they responded that the "Shell" gas station is leased to Sobeys, and our concerns should be addressed by Sobeys.Furious!

Bought a gas card here for my daughter. Asked the person who sold it to me if it was ready to use, didn't require any registration. He said "Yes, it's good to go". Turns out it wasn't ready to use. She is now having to sort out trying to get it activated. Super disappointing.

Go to the McEwen just down the street. Super kind staff there. They also won't allow your underage child to buy lighters at the McEwen. They also won't allow your child to go buy 40 milkshakes a day at McEwen. I brought a flyer into this store to notify the staff not to sell anything to my special.needs child and they sold him countless milkshakes a day and an emoji lighter. Do not go here.
