I had a terrible experience at this location. I purchased a product from them like a week ago and I had a problem with it (which was later identified as a company defect and fixed by the company) so the customer service told me to take it back to the store to resolve the issue. I took it back and instead of being helpful, they ganged up on me, being awfully rude and full of themselves, making fun of me and gaslighting me into thinking that theres absolutely nothing wrong! Anna, the manager was talking to me in a disrespectful manner and did not try to hear or help me at all. Another associate kept interrupting me when I was speaking. It was a terrible experience, and I genuinely felt like they were attacking and accusing me instead of trying to help. Do better!

Hanieh is amazing! She helped us with our needs and always does so with a great smile and positive attitude. Her customer service is outstanding, and I will always look for her whenever I come into the store. Every time I visit, she goes above and beyond to help me—most recently helping me choose shoes for my girlfriend, and we couldn’t be happier. Truly excellent service and a pleasure to deal with.

Came here for online order pickup. The store supervisor Shirinn was really professional, helpful and kind. She was patient with me while I explored different sizes and options and even helped me with her recommendation.
All the staff in this store are very professional, greeted all customer and helped them with every small things making shipping experience truly outstanding compared to other Aldo location.

Worst customer service ever. I would rate -1 if there would be such an option. I will never visit or buy Aldo anymore in my life. I’m so disappointed.
If I would be the manager I would fire the whole team, as they have no idea how to deal with customers. Returning is a big headache. They didn’t return fully and instead of apologizing and fixing the problem, they told me, that’s right, she didn’t return it fully, but we can’t do anything now, come back next week to the store when the person who served you she would be here, as it’s not our mistake it’s her mistake who served you. I’m explaining them I live 1hour away, you can see in the receipt that they didn’t return it fully why I have to come another day. There were 3 associates at the moment, none of them cared and they didn’t do anything. I asked them to call the manager, one associate told me we will call soon. And then another associate she said I can’t call a manager, I’m a part of management. Really? It’s so funny that suddenly within 5 minutes she suddenly became a part of management. It’s not nice to lie people. It was about $16, not big amount, but I don’t like when people try to fool you.

Anna and Ro were who I spoke to and they were both very nice and helpful despite the busy weekend. Anna helped me find the perfect shoes and was very friendly, Ro was also very sweet! ☺️ I will definitely be coming back with my siblings when we need anything!
