Anyone who has lost a parent knows how difficult a time it can be for anyone who has been assigned the duties of an executor. As soon as I entered the bank and explained to a teller my circumstances, that person called her manager, Lucy, who immediately assigned Rosemary to guide me thru this process. Rosemary has been my lifeline at BMO since that time. In fact, I have to say that ALL the staff at this branch have been so kind and attentive. Every time I walk in, they seem to remember me and know that I am not there for routine banking but that I am grieving and dealing with the complexities of probate and everything else that goes along with losing a loved one. Everyone I have encountered at this branch is kind, pleasant and helpful – and I have to think that this sort of environment trickles down from senior management. Not only has it been a nice and helpful place to visit, but I can only surmise based on the pleasant demeanor of all the staff that they enjoy their work culture too – which is so important these days.
