Very bad customer service . Not taking returns . Be careful before buy

I had a very disappointing experience at the Calvin Klein store at Vaughn Mills. We were waiting at the cashier for approximately 10 minutes, and during that time the cashier chose to serve another customer who arrived after us.
When we politely asked about this, the cashier ignored us completely and did not acknowledge our concern. His behavior was rude and unprofessional, and it made us feel disrespected as customers.
I expect better customer service from a brand like Calvin Klein and hope this issue will be addressed to prevent similar experiences in the future.

Totally unexpected, horrible cashiers when we went on sun December 21. The cashiers all looked incredibly miserable and were super unprofessional. The customer service from them were horrible. Our cashier didn’t greet us, had the most miserable look on her face and tossed our purchase in the bag. The only thing she said to us was our total for the purchase. Super understaffed for the holiday season. We couldn’t find one employee on the sales floor to help us with sizes, or answer questions. Being a store manager in the mall myself, I get it’s a stressful and tiring time of year for staff, but this was a disgusting visit. Love the product. This was our first time shopping at this location and will be our last. We’ll continue shopping at Cookstown Tanger Outlet. Do better CK, I expected more from your brand.

Too long checkout line almost 35-40 customers but there is only 4 cashiers working, which is disturbing and time wasting. I suggest you to please increase cashiers

Daniel was absolutely fantastic ! What an outstanding service he provides to ensure all his customers are happy. Staff appreciate him as well and respect him an even go on to share this with customers who express their own gratitude for him.

Weird Persian man with long hair kept blatantly checking out my wife on the floor. When she had to go to the fitting room - instead of handing over the requested clothes to the person there he inappropriately walked to her door and tried sneaking a peak. Very inexcusable behaviour, do background checks on who you hire

Fake sale they would put clothes on 80% off and like many sizes of the same article so its definitely not wrong placement, when you go to the casheir they would tell you its on normal prices, the cashiers are so rude no manners at all avoid this scam guys, they bait you to pick clothes and stand in long queues so that in the end you end up buying it on regular prices, shame on them

The staff at Calvin Klein in Vaughan Mills were incredibly helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to assist me and provided excellent service. I’m really impressed and would highly recommend visiting this store!
