It's a nice place for Pakistani grocery items. The meat section is excellent. It is a great place to shop, but it is a bit expensive compared to similar stores.

Great selection of asian products namely pulses, tea powders, frozen rotis, fresh bakes. Also meat and poultry is available at affordable rates. They have a sweets and snacks corner too which serves hot samosas. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
The table size and arrangement for checkout could be improved.

This is by far the best grocery store in Vaughan! Can-Asia Grocers has an amazing selection of halal meat, always fresh and properly cut. The grocery section is extensive, offering everything from traditional ethnic ingredients to Canadian staples. The sweet section is a treat on its own, with authentic mithai that tastes just like it’s made back home. Great customer service and reasonable prices—highly recommend!

Can-Asia Grocers is an incredible place to shop! The halal meat section is always clean and well-stocked, with amazing quality. They offer a huge variety of groceries, including traditional ethnic items and everyday Canadian products. I also love their sweet section—it’s full of authentic, flavorful treats that remind me of home. The staff are polite and helpful, and the store is always well-organized. Can-Asia Grocers is a one-stop shop for all your needs! Their halal meat section is fantastic, with great quality and freshness you can count on. Meat service is very fast and very friendly workers. The meat is very high quality and has a very high selection of meats for every need, absolutely love the tikkas which have the right amount of spice which doesn’t burn your mouth. The grocery selection is amazing, featuring everything from ethnic staples to Canadian favorites. Absolutely love the snack section where it has so many savoury snacks that you just cant get enough of. I especially love their sweet section—so many delicious and authentic options. They even have many Pakistani treats like samosas and pakoras which taste fresh all the time and come heated up.

Descent selection of south Asian groceries and good non vegetarian section.
However, don’t carry a lot of vegetables. Good for other grocery needs.

Can- Asia is the best grocery store in my area. I have been going to this store from past 16+ years. The store offers a fantastic selection of products and their customer service is top-notch, staff is incredibly friendly and approachable.I highly recommend Can-Asia to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service.

I strongly recommend avoiding this store. There are much better options for Indian and Pakistani grocery items, such as FreshCo, Longos, or even the Pakistani grocery store next door, all of which offer better pricing and good customer service. Additionally, the staff who are temporary workers are rude and provide poor customer service. This aligns with similar complaints from other customers per their reviews. I even shared my concerns directly with the owner, but he seemed unwilling to address the feedback.

I buy my groceries from this store. The meat and other stuff is all fresh and good but the packed and noon perishable items are quite often expired and inspite of me bring their attention to this matter, next time when you go, those items were still lying on the shelf.

Best Asian supermarket in Vaughan, well organized, staff always available to help, you will find mostly anything you are missing from back home. Great seasonal fruits and vegetables. Good meat section
