“I had an excellent experience with Kusam at Best Buy Express! She was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and went above and beyond to help us secure a great phone plan with Bell.
Kusam was reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure we were happy with our plan. Her customer service was outstanding, and she made the whole experience easy and stress-free.
I would highly recommend Kusam to anyone looking for great service, and I would absolutely love to work with her again in the future. Thank you, Kusam, for all your help!”
