Alice and the rest of the team here are AMAZING. Costco has to be the only place I actually enjoy shopping from. Service. Variety. Value. And loads of it all. Alice was awesome for letting me change our my dented tomato tin for a fresh one and was super quick. Great experience shopping here always!

One of my worst experiences was buying Tires from Costco. They canceled my appointment without even calling me beforehand. even the second appointment it took 3 hours to replace my tires. even the guys over there were acting totally rude and disrespectful. Unbelievable

Costco likely will continue to have my business indefinitely, but I wonder about this location, particularly over the weekends.The place is packed, like, jam packed at all times of the weekend, the crowds and all might be tolerable when you're in store, but the poorly planned in and out routes into the store from the parking lots lead to very slow moving traffic and just a constant state of depression, really.I think what they really need to do is look at finding a dedicated spot with a better parking plan for this Costco, perhaps an additional location in vaughan or close to it? Both to better service the members and to reduce the crunch that will only increase in the coming years as the towers down the road will soon be completed/filled with residents who will no doubt add to the crowds in the store.

This place is amazing. Great savings but you need to be a member. However the waiting or appointment for car services is so long I hope they can manage this in the future. I am trying to get an appointment for a tire change.

Dear Store Manager,I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of your employees, Sonia, at the returns section of your store. I believe it is crucial to bring to your attention the discourteous and unprofessional behavior I encountered during my recent visit to Costco.During my interaction with Sonia, I experienced a series of actions that left me feeling humiliated and disrespected. To provide a detailed account of my experience:1. Sonia questioned the authenticity of my membership card by asking if the person in the photo was me, which I found to be both unnecessary and intrusive.2. I visited the returns section for a simple return of a $14 multivitamin tablet. Sonia spent an excessive 15 minutes searching for the purchase in the system, which seemed disproportionate to the value of the item.3. Sonia, in a condescending tone, informed me that she was only accepting the return as a gesture of kindness and insisted on issuing store credit rather than a cash refund to my credit card.4. Throughout our interaction, Sonia used rude and dismissive language. To make matters worse, she accused me of lying about the purchase date, claiming that I had stated I bought the item today, which I had not. I merely requested her to check the system for the purchase date.This encounter left me feeling embarrassed and publicly humiliated due to Sonia's assumptions, biases, and discriminatory behavior. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of maintaining a customer-oriented and respectful environment.I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure such behavior is not repeated in your store. I believe that it is in the best interest of Costco and its reputation for providing excellent customer service that Sonia be held accountable for her actions, which are not in line with the values your company upholds.I look forward to your response and resolution of this issue. Good God! Shopping at this Costco location should be considered a blood sport.Crazy busy, and there is no sense of cart etiquette or sanity among the shoppers! And don't even think of parking with any sense of decorum or rules of the road!I'll go out of my way just to avoid this location.

Awesome customer service from Rams! I was looking for some some plastic tote boxes which had sold out. I couldn't find any staff member until I saw Rams moving some stock around on the shop floor. I asked him whether they had any more stock. This one in a million member of staff, actually told me to wait while he checked the warehouse. He stopped in his tracks to help me! I really appreciated that!Furthermore, To my astonishment he turned up with a pallet of tote boxes. Rams you made my day mate and you absolutely were 100% spot on with the customer service. Thanks again!

What you'd expect, prices are skyrocketing here too! Gas used to be 10 cents less than other stations, no longer the case! And now the rotisserie chicken is served up in cello bags...yuk! Harder to SEE what's inside and messier to refrigerate!!!

Please for the love of baby Jesus hire some new staff for the customer service / signup / membership card counter. It's one thing for me to help the staff out when they forget to give a customer their card back, or issue the wrong card to the wrong customer, or end up chatting with someone unrelated to what you're dealing with all while waiting in line to switch a membership - but after all of that, to write down my information wrong and force me to have to correct it at the bank while talking to me as though I am not aware of the procedure. The entire experience was cringe worthy and I hate to have to leave a review for hard working people but a few are really dragging down the team.

Ive been coming here at least once a month for 7 years. It’s very busy so it’s better to come in the morning when it opens I find. Long lines but they move fast. Self check out is an option if you prefer. I did have an unpleasant experience with the bakery department a few months ago. I ordered a birthday cake for son and the day I went to pick it up they didn’t have it. Luckily they had some in the fridge and we added his name. The bakery manager comped the cake for us which was really nice. I elevated this to management and they kindly offered me a $25 cash card for my troubles. The customer experience at Costco is excellent. I continue to shop here and haven’t had any other problems.

The employees of this specific location are pretty rude. i paid for my groceries, and accidentally one box of strawberries fell out of the cart. I was told to pick them up (whatever went on the dirty floor) as according to the Costco employee "there is nothing wrong with the berries". I did not ask to replace the box, I just them to help cleaning so customers do not slip on them. when I said that I do not eat from the floor, the employee expressed so much attitude that I have 0 desire to come back to this location.

I can't say enough good things about Costco Wholesale! From the quality of the products to the unbeatable prices, everything is top-notch. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and well-organized. While parking can sometimes be a challenge, it's worth it to shop at Costco. I love that I can find everything I need in one place, from groceries to household items to electronics. Costco is definitely my go-to store for all my shopping needs!

Like any other Costco Warehouse, it has ample parking spots available in front the warehouse and it's a one-stop-shop for all your groceries, home accessories, and gardening. Great variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, meat and seafood, dairy products, deli, etc. You just need to choose the time of your visit wisely as it's busier during afternoons/evenings and you need to stay in lineup for checkout or you'd have trouble finding parking spot.

I made an appointment 3 weeks ago to change winter tires, which were bought at Costco, for all seasons, when arrived customer service refused to do it, because it was for Tesla , even though they knew in advance, the most unprofessional service I have encountered for a long time
