Have to go down to the basement to access. Some stuff but didn't buy because I needed to save my cash for other enterprises. (Sounds weird but believe me, I only had $6 in cash)

Terrible customer service!All the staffs and manager there need to be trained how to commuicate properly with customers.Definitely was my last visit to this location.

Yesterday I went to the Dollarama . It was very hot outside, I drank a lot of water and asked to go to the washroom , but one employee of this stores rudely refused me. It was very unpleasant.?

Very important to note that this dollarama is not accessible for anyone with mobility issues. No wheelchairs or strollers. I didn't even go in because there was no elevator to bring me downstairs.

It's in basement good if you can climb stairs.
