Garbage customer services Not trust their Warranty
I am not buying any products from FOSSIL. I bought couple watches 2 of them not working and there is no warranty. Very RUDE Manager and staff.

I came here to buy a watch, it was very well priced at only $90 and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable; they even do free engraving on the back of the watch as well as let you pick your own watch box.
⚠️However, I find that fossil watches,despite being nice affordable watches, are very junky and low quality. My watch stopped working about 7 months after I got it. Now, they do offer a one year warranty but I was out of town and could not get it replaced in time.
Overall I would recommend fossil as a nice gift (especially because of the customized engraving option) but I would NOT get this as a full time watch. They break down very quickly

I visited the store on October 20th and the staff in the Men's section was very rude.
I had visited the store mutiple times in the past but never had such a disappointing experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Fossil outlet in Vaughan. I traveled all the way from Kitchener, a 180km round trip, because the website showed that the product I wanted was in stock at this store only. However, upon arrival, I was told by the staff that the item wasn’t available and that the website information was incorrect.
What made the situation worse was the unprofessional attitude of the staff. They claimed they have tens of thousands of products in the store and that it wasn’t realistic to check if the item was in the back. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I had previously purchased from Fossil and never experienced this level of inconvenience.

The absolute worst and rudest staff at the Fossil outlet. A woman, likely in her 20s, dark hair, wearing a green sweater, stationed by the men’s watch table. My husband picked up a watch he liked, simply to show me (I was right in front of the jewelry section), and this woman had the audacity to yell at him, “Excuse me! YOU CANNOT WALK AROUND WITH A WATCH IN YOUR HAND.”
Excuse me? Who does she think she is? We’ve purchased multiple watches, jewelry, and other items from Fossil over the years, and never have we encountered such an entitled and disrespectful salesperson. Fossil, if this is the kind of service you’re training your staff to deliver, you’ve got a SERIOUS PROBLEM. We’ve tried on watches countless times, and NO ONE has EVER treated us this poorly.
Consider this: you’ve lost a loyal customer. I will make sure others know about this horrible experience.

Staff was very welcoming and greeted me upon entering the store. I was a bit confused with the options they have and they helped me so well to find the best option according to my choice. Dershil helped me quickly complete with the resizing the chain/band and suggested best options to write on the watch.

Very friendly staff and cheap prices. I must give a special shoutout to Brandon who went above and beyond a few days ago to help me find a purse for my wife. I know nothing about bags but he explained all the features and showed me how to adjust the strap. I will definitely visit again if I ever need another gift.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from the manager at the Fossil store in Vaughan Mills on Monday at 2:30 PM. My companion and I each purchased two watches, for a total of four. Despite making these purchases separately, we were given only one small paper bag instead of two. This was inconvenient and did not reflect the level of service we expected. I was very disappointed with the manager's behavior and lack of consideration.
I would like to formally complain and request that this issue be followed up by the head manager.
