No problem with the customer service or the place itself… just the packaging and the price!
Paying $17 for a small portion of hot food only to have it leak through a closed paper container and spill all over my car and on my purse is unacceptable (everything smells like beef stew). The container did not open… it simply leaked, I placed it flat but I did not put it in a bag. For food sold by weight at this price, better packaging should be standard. Could find better packaging in a school cafeteria or a hospital…Honestly!

I like Longos store. My favorite coffee is here. I have chance to create own taste of coffee-combine vibrant of beans and ground it immediately in store. Great chance to be creator of own style of fresh fresh coffee.

I think the cashiers deserves a pat on the black. As she cashed me out while I was paying she started to bag my stuff. I commented i can do it, her response was you are the guest you can do what ever you like but at longos you don’t bag your groceries.her name was Leigh I think. Very pleasant and welcoming. 10 Stars
