Giselle is the rudest customer service rep I have ever encountered, she started mocking my husband in front of me, she has a serious attitude problem. I will be writing a complaint to corporate too, unbelievable.

Ordered fridge filters and they tried to give me different model because they didn’t have the model I wanted even though on the website it said it was in stock. Doesn’t even apologize and says it must be a system error. Now I understand why they have low google ratings. Unbelievably bad customer service.

Awful customer service. Went to buy paint and no one around. Asked customer service to page someone and he pointed to a guy on the phone and said him. He's wearing a black sweater no name tag and I'm supposed to know he's working. I said to him do you work here? He replied I'm on the phone with my bank. I here the hold music on his phone so I know he's on hold but I still got to wait... Ridiculous. Two days before at the self checkout a guy is having issues but the girl that's there is on the phone ordering lunch so she won't help him .. Really bad customer service. Asked for a manager to complain to but was directed to a young girl who did not care in one ear out the other I said to her she smiled and nodded.... Really.

It appears that Lowe's Canada has sold off their locations to Rona which is great because Rona is Canadian. I needed one top rail for my chain link fence. I checked the website and it showed 181 pieces in stock not a problem off I went. When I arrived at the store the sales associate said they are in the lumber department. The associate in lumber said go to seasonal - about a football field away. Remember their website said they had 181 pieces in stock and I only needed one. When I got to the seasonal department where they're supposed to be stocked and spoke to the sales associate he said oh we don't have those were sold out. So here we are October and they're sold out and nothing is in stock for chain link fencing. On my way out of the store I spotted the usual assortment of Halloween decorations which is to be expected. It was the Christmas decorations in all their Glory that really got me frosted. I don't think I'll be shopping at Rona anytime soon. It doesn't take much to piss me off.

I bought a Bosch fridge from this Lowe’s and it did not work after 10 months. I called many places to fix it for three months until a guy came to fix it but it still didn’t work. After that I still called people and the Canadian Bosch Management, they said they couldn’t help me, so rude. Please to whoever is reading this don’t buy Bosch in Canada.

All the staff at this location are A1. The older Italian gentleman, Michael, in plumbing really knows his stuff and always gives me great advice. Would like to acknowledge Jerry in Hardware, always so pleasant and very eager to help as well as Marshall and Craig. It's nice to go into a Lowe's where you see the same faces most times you go in.

They sold me a patio umbrella without screws, came back an hour later as the person I called said “don’t worry we will bring it to customer service desk, just come pick it up”. I get there and it’s the complete opposite then what I was told. They made me wait as they went and got me random screws because they were worried about the inventory on the other umbrellas yet they didn’t care that they sold me the one missing screws. DONT SHOP HERE. Go to Home Depot

Came to pick up wood, their saw wasn’t working properly but they cut it, wouldn’t fit in my car or my dad’s car, went back in to see if they can cut it they said no, I asked for a power outlet to cut it myself with my own saw, employees gave us the biggest attitude and told us to clean it up ourselves and not to come 5 minutes before closing (I’ve been outside for 20 minutes trying to fit it in both cars). Nan brought the extension but was super rude to my father and I saying idk what they’re doing, I’m not dealing with it. This isn’t the customer service we expect coming into lowes, but after checking some of the reviews, I’m not surprised. Not sure what I would’ve done if my dad didn’t have his own saw and knew how to cut wood. Very disappointed.

Horrible service in the Vaughan store. When in to look for blinds for a bathroom. Asked the associate to call someone to help me as was sure this would be a custom order. She called doe someone 2x over my 20+ min wait. But no one showed. Then I asked to speak to a store manager ur he couldn’t be bothered to show up and deal with the customer complaint after making me wait another 10 min. So needless to say this is a store I will never return to. Awful!!!

I been working in this industry for quite a while now to understand customer service. I went to this location to find a cushion which it said this location had 18 in stock. I went to the seasonal department and the person said this is not in stock you can look down the aisles. I went to another associate asking if this was in stock at this location and they told me to speak to someone in seasonal, well I have already done that and there was no help. I had to go to their pro section to speak to a gentleman named Bill. He was very helpful and kind. We walked back over to the seasonal section and they were three associates at the computer desk and none of them can look right at me and just looked at Bill the associate at pro. The level of disrespect is mind-blowing. Bill continue to help me and find a nearby store that has this item in stock. He called and they placed it on hold for me. Now this is the level of customer service in a retail environment. This location should be proud to have someone like Bill. Now for the others, definitely a conversation about customer service. It really isn't hard to look up inventory from your system to see if this is actually. All they had to do is look up the MMS# like Bill did for me.

There are so many issues with this store.Some of the staff have no customer service skills. And get away with a lack of experience or skills. More training can be helpful.Their system shows inventory of items online, but they can not locate it in store. Then the store manager doesn't think it is the store issues to solve. Store should reinforce their system and policies regarding the location of their products.Return goods are a bid challenge as they give customers a hard time.Some of the employees act like they are in social events and treat customers as enjoying interpretation to their social chet chat. Managers could be improved regarding employees' performance and customer service.

The garden centre here is actually really good. I always find beautiful plants and hanging baskets for the summertime. It can get really busy here it’s Better to go in the morning since usually only one cash check out is open.
