Visiting this BMW dealership was a very good experience overall when I needed coverage for warranty on my BMW 2020 X5, and overall, I would say the service provided by Jack was outstanding, and I will recommend visiting him again for all your service needs. Overall, also, I was helped by Maurizio when buying this car also. Overall, the experience was good, and I will be visiting again hopefully soon.

I had my BMW X5 2020 repaired since it was being recalled. There was some misunderstanding, I was billed for a rental car while the car was being repaired. I emailed management and the issue was addressed the same day to my satisfaction.
