I would give zero stars if I could. The abhorrent and essentially non existent customer service at this location is troubling. My husband and I walked in and were stared at by two associates with disgust. It appeared that they were having a private conversation and were offended by us walking into the store. I was going to make quite a large purchase as I was in there to buy Christmas presents, however, given the terrible customer service, or lack thereof by the associates, I left and will spend my money elsewhere. I’m shocked at all the good reviews given my experience, however, there seems to be a common element amongst all the poor ones - the inferior customer service. Not sure if the treatment we received was because my husband and I are minorities. I would avoid this location altogether. Spend your money elsewhere!

I was completely satisfied with the level of service I received during my recent visit to the store. I purchased two pairs of Oakley sunglasses and was able to take advantage of a special promotion that allowed me to get the second pair at half price. The sales staff were professional and knowledgeable, making the entire purchasing process smooth and easy. I was impressed by their expertise and customer service skills, as they were able to provide me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Additionally, the store was well-organized and clean, making it a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience. Overall, I highly recommend this store for anyone in need of high-quality sunglasses and exceptional customer service.

Sales Supervisor/ Manager Anthony was very helpful, provided exceptional customer service. Anthony went above and beyond with explaining differentiation between products to better suit my needs and what I was looking for.
I would 10/10 highly recommend this store and suggest going to Anthony for all your Oakley needs/ products. It only takes one person to make a difference
