Visited the Old Navy Outlet at Vaughan Mills with plans to buy some clothes, but I think it was just bad timing. The store had clearance deals marked at 30%, 40%, and even 60%, however none of those discounts applied to the items we were actually looking for. Most of what we needed was either regular price or didn’t have the discount we expected.
That said, the store itself is well designed with a nice, organized layout. The collection is decent overall, staff were helpful, and price check scanners are available on-site, which is convenient.
Even though I didn’t end up buying anything this time, I’d still recommend this store—just depends on what you’re shopping for and when you visit.

I would like to give a shout out to Ryan. He was very pleasant while doing my purchase. Very customer oriented. Also I love that Old Navy still gives out bags for free.

Worst customer service.
I bought a t-shirt 5 days ago, and when I went to wear it yesterday, I realized the magnetic security tag was still attached.
I went to the store today and spoke to one of the managers. She told me to wait in a long line to get it removed and said she would offer me some reimbursement. Then she left without informing anyone.
After waiting longer, I spoke to another manager, Beverly. She told me she could only offer a $5 coupon, valid after February. No reimbursement and nothing for the inconvenience of having to commute back to the store due to their mistake.

I love shopping at Old Navy, but I recently had a really disappointing experience. On October 15, in the middle of the day, I was trying on some clothes at your store. My sister briefly entered the fitting room to help me with a piece of clothing, and almost immediately, the employee working near the dressing rooms began banging on the door and speaking very rudely.
Even after I finished and stepped out, I moved aside to fold the clothes before returning them, but the same employee was hovering over me, watching closely and standing uncomfortably close. It felt invasive and unnecessary. The whole encounter left me feeling uncomfortable and upset, and I ended up leaving the store in a really bad mood.
I hope this feedback helps improve how staff interact with customers, as experiences like this can really affect how people feel about shopping in-store.

Most disrespectful management a customer can witness. managers yelling at employees for unnecessary reasons. I had to comfort an employee and ask if this happens often and unfortunately it does apparently. It is not a safe space and I feel so sorry for the workers there. HR should be involved in this matter it is very concerning especially witnessing this as a customer.

Bought two pairs of pants today. The fitting rooms were wild. No one knew who was in what room. Employee kept knocking on doors. There needs to be some kind of system. They cared more about hanging clothes back up than letting people in to try things on.

It was my first time going to this old navy location in a long time since the Yorkdale location shut down but I needed a pair of jeans.
While the store was a bit messy and had clothes on the floor - likely from labour day weekend and back to school sales - the employees were quick to clean it and it was a good experience overall.
There was a long lineup but the cashier I got Rahil was very friendly and made jokes to make up for the long lineup. She also helped me at the fitting room before that as well and got me different sizes all of the five times I asked and was patient when recommending me jeans that fit my body style.
Another very kind person was Neah, who helped me to the fitting room and checked the prices of everything I asked with a smile on her face. Very good customer service and while I do not usually write reviews I felt that this should be shared.
I need to add that the girls at fitting room were very welcoming and smiled. It was nice to see them talk like friends instead of coworkers and joke with the customers together and it made an overall good experience.
Thank you and I will likely come again.

I was very disappointed by my recent experience at this location. While I was there, I witnessed a manager named Fatima loudly yelling at employees in front of customers. It created a very uncomfortable environment and came across as unprofessional. Employees deserve to be treated with respect, and customers should not have to see that kind of behavior. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures a more respectful workplace.

Old Navy keeps closing locations, which makes it more difficult to keep buying from them. This location was OK. Plenty of parking, but to get there, you need to walk across the Food Court, which was packed on a Thursday evening.

Good Experience, I did back to school shopping for my high schooler. I live in a different city. The cashier ( I wish I could ask how to spell his name) Matthi/Mattie/Matthew/Mahthi went above and beyond. He was very friendly and helpful. We are very pleased at his behavior and will remember him.

Went there on Saturday, 31st May. There was this employee (male) who had poor attitude and showed utterly no respect. Store closes at 9pm and exactly at 9pm he tells me that he will call security if we do not leave the store. My sister was in the checkout lane but still he insisted if we do not go out of the store he will call security. I do not know if that he was being racist or what. I have worked in the retail also but I never told customers that I will call security within 30 seconds of store closing. I hope he can do better :)
