The location has moved and can be tricky to find initially, with access from the north and east sides of the SmartCentres building. There is adequate and free parking. The facility is clean. Staff are helpful, offering assistance above and beyond, such as with packaging. It is a reliable alternative for those in nearby condos or who pass by often, with many customers reporting no issues over years of use.

Great service. I dropped off a few Amazon returns. One of them was a UPS package and they even helped me tape it up and told me exactly where to go to drop it off. Above and beyond.

Had trouble finding location as Google maps couldn’t pin point. Access is off New Park Place beside the VMC. Good service and adequate parking.
