Came here for the Santa photo taking with my fur baby and we enjoyed it! I was able to snag the last available ticket for the weekend and we had a good time! from meeting other dogs to creating fun memories, staff was very kind and friendly at all times everyone had a good time here. Paid nearly $150 for the PetSmart training classes just for no trainer to show up. No one contacted me either. I think it’s not only unprofessional but also a waste of time. Not to mention, the guy working in the pet salon is quite rude.

I always love coming to PetSmart. You will get all your pet products here. The staff is welcoming and helpful. I am a frequent visitor to PetSmart. Personally I felt the cost of each item is higher than other pet stores in the area.

Clueless employees. Three people working not one can get crickets. They just call people, and no one helps. How hard is this?? 15 min and still waiting for someone to help me. Store is empty!
