I come here all the time for my street wear. Extremely great service and understandable. If you have brand new unworn shoes you would like to sell they work with you, price must be reasonable.

Literally just walked into the store and was met with poor customer service. I inquired if the brand would be interested in some brand new clothing from a brand they are reselling and I was met with a stern “no” when in reality I should’ve been told I should contact their buying team online to regarding what I have for sale and possible price points. If the buyers agree, then I can go forth with an appointment and bring in the items for inspection and possible sale.How am I more knowledgeable than the associate in the store ???

Ordered Pokémon trading card product from website. One of the tin have none of the packs that should originally be there, but all replaced with cheaper more common packs which are possibly resealed with no hits at all. It was such a scam! Never going to purchase anything from them.

Amazing service by the two gents that was on shift earlier this morning. I had another order I placed online but was not ready to be picked up. They took an extra step and called Yorkdale's location to get it ready for me.Extremely polite and professional. Will definitely shop at this location and Yorkdale from now on.
