Very knowledgeable staff, make great suggestions based on your needs and have tried most of the products and provide honest reviews! Don’t push products on you but rather explain their purpose, benefits and drawbacks and allow you to make the decision! Surprised to find high protein snacks including cheese balls and coffee sugar free syrups!

Awesome selection of products, and customer service is 11/10
I had to email Popeyes customer service regarding my online order as I had a bit of a mix-up. Big shoutout to Dave Matos who took care of my order. He was quick with his response, gave me all the information I needed and sorted out the situation within 24 hours. Probably one of the most pleasant customer service interactions I've ever had.
Will definitely return.

Who worked on Sat Aug.17th ?! I want a manager to messg me asap. Regarding the 3 guys working there on Saturday - I had one of the best customer service experiences in 51 yrs. Hands down respectful, kind and went out of their way, cracked open my powder, mixing it and serving like bartenders. It's the little things which go a long way - stand up guys..and they didn't even know who I am 👍 Any staff who reads this, I'd like t give all 3 of them a free membership to Body Vision Fitness. Keep the positive energy going guys 👏

Honestly can't complain. Ordered at 6:30 AM, got the shipment same day at 4pm. Didn't anticipate it would be that fast. Good price, even got a shaker cup which was a nice surprise.

Customer service was great. The rep there, Peter, was quick to offer help and any advice with a smile! I had always had my protein powders in vanilla flavour and he encouraged me to try other flavours. Saved some of his recommendations for future purchases. Thanks!

The manager, Dave, is absolutely wonderful and operates a friendly and professional establishment with great focus on excellent customer service. He personally followed through on an unfulfilled online order that was not even placed at his location and not only helped get my order refunded but kept my posted throughout the process. He even offered to honor the discount I had initially received on the unfulfilled online order for my next store. Like I said, went above and beyond for me and I'm sure he does the same for others. He's won a long-term customer in me.
