Felt racially profiled... I was out looking for a vest that day with a decent budget. I saw some at this brand online and went in to look at the vest. Immediately my girlfriend and I were being watched. I understand some employees may linger and give you a few minutes before offering help, however this paticular employee seemed to only be interested in keeping a watchful eye on us following us around the store. On multiple ocations I made eye contact with said employee who not once offered help. My girlfriend was at their mirros fixing her outfit while I was looking at the vest and when we moved to that mirror, the employee all of a sudden started to "fix" clothing at that same mirror, convineintly facing us. The whole time I could see her staring from my peripherals. Left the store immediately as we both felt extremly uncomfratble and ended up buying a good quality vest at Brooks Brothers for three times the cost of the cheap RW & CO one. Bad service all around, even if I find a product in the future at that location, i'll drive elsewhere to purchase.

I came into the store today to buy a dress for a wedding when I overheard who I would assume is possibly the manager yelling at his 2 employees that were talking that he is their superior and that they need to cut it out or he’ll send them home. After hearing that I left the store, if that is how this store treats their employees I will never support this store. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour.

I visited the store with my friend to shop for some clothes, but we faced a lot of rudeness from one of the staff members. She spoke to us in a rude way and told us to move our bag from the table where she was folding clothes. She said “Like I said” with a look of disdain, as if we were dumb and couldn’t understand her, but she had never talked to me about it before. When I told her that I wasn’t there when she mentioned the table, she said she was talking to both of us. She made us feel unwelcome and inferior. When I complained to the manager about her behavior, he didn’t care and didn’t even apologize. He just asked me if I wanted to buy the clothes or not. I bought some stuff because I needed it urgently, but RW&CO. should train their staff better and teach them how to treat customers with respect.

Greeted immediately when I walked in. Explained my needs. Pooja was able to find me what I needed without taking too much time. I was in and out in 10 minutes. A+ customer service.

Very disppointed every time i come here. Now, we dont even bother going to this location. They have 20 staff that walk around even though they have line ups on cash. Everytime we come here we always have to wait in line to pay for our merchandise until we end up leaving and decide not to purchase anything. Everytime we come back, we always hope for better service. But its the same problem each time so now, we dont even bother coming here

This place has the worst customer service! Taya forgot to give us a gift receipt (after we had requested for one) and had to redo the transaction (cancel the transaction and refund the money). But since we used a Vaughan Mills gift card to pay for part of it, the funds were not immediately returned to our gift card (rather it would take 5 business days). As such, we were out $130 for the transaction and had to pay out of pocket.The staff (Taya, Jasnoor & Carlos) were dismissive of our concerns and said it was out of their hands. They made it seem like it was our fault. They kept saying we were being disrespectful when we were trying to simply inquire how else they could help us. They also said we thought they were stupid because they worked in retail when we did not make any statements to that effect. They kept talking over us, smirking, and talking in the corner about us. The staff are not genuine and kept gaslighting us the entire time.When we asked to escalate the issue to a manager, Carlos spoke on our behalf to that person and changed the story completely so that it looked like it was our fault.Their final response to us was “we don’t get paid enough to listen to all this.” The lack of professionalism and respect for customers is disappointing! I hope your staff receive some retraining.

Manager lady with curly red/ brown hair is so rude and unprofessional she did not want to help her customers. She is very obnoxiously loud, i dont know who would appoint her as a store manager, you can see most bad reviews are referred to this lady. Like maybe she should take a chill pill and go back to elementary school and learn about basic decency, manners, and politeness

This girl at the store ( Rita ) helped me the whole 2 hours I spent buying my wedding suit and all my best man’s too, wish it was allowed to tip people like this because they deserve more than what they get paid. Will be back for more suits for other events!

There was no customer service at all. 2 staff members on the floor/cash register completely ignored me when I approached the cash register to inquire about the change room.The sweaters I was browsing on clearance, I can clearly see why it was on clearance. The quality just wasn't like it use to be from RW&Co and not worth the price tag.

I hardly ever write reviews about stores but I just wanted to say that the staff at the Vaughan Mills store are amazing!! Especially Danielle!! Thank you for all your help with my daughter's outfit!!❤
