“Discovery Point Nursery and Academy Day Care is a warm and nurturing place where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. The staff are caring, patient, and truly dedicated to each child’s well-being and development. The environment is clean, cheerful, and thoughtfully organized, making it easy for kids to settle in and enjoy their day. Communication with parents is excellent, and the overall atmosphere feels positive and welcoming. A wonderful choice for families looking for reliable and attentive childcare.”
“As a parent, I can honestly say that Open Arms Daycare has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my son. From the very first day, I felt the warmth and genuine care from every teacher and staff member. They treated my son like family, creating a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where my little one feels happy and secure every single day. Communication is always consistent — the teachers and supervisors keep me updated on everything, from daily activities to small milestones, which gives me such peace of mind knowing my child is truly cared for and understood.
What truly sets Open Arms apart is their amazing communication and dedication to the kids. The teachers and supervisors are always in touch, keeping me updated on my child’s day, progress, and even the little moments that make me smile. It’s clear that everyone there is passionate about nurturing children and helping them grow not only academically, but emotionally and socially too. Open Arms Daycare has truly become like an extended family to us — a place where my child is not just watched over, but loved, encouraged, and celebrated every day.
To Ms Anita , Ms Ragheda , Miss Zoya , Miss Amanda, Miss Kaitlin, and Miss Yachna thank you for everything you’ve done for my boy. The love you poured and showed him everyday left a mark in our heart and we will always remember.”
“Our son has just started attending and so far we are quite pleased and would definitely recommend this daycare to other parents. Ms. Shirley, Ms. Rupal and Ms. Goldie are friendly and welcoming. Thank you ladies!”
“This is one of the best schools in Toronto. The teachers are very committed to child's development. It is a nice place. My son studied there 1 year because we needed to move to another place, but all good memories will be on his mind forever, I'm pretty sure. The place is amazing. All the events they create are nice. My family was blessed to have this school nearby. May God bless you all and fulfill your hearts with love and enlightenment. Thanks Dunlace.”
“This restaurant was a tremendous place, the waiters there were extremely friendly, and helped me a lot, better than other restaurants in my opinion. They even served bananas, and uniquely enough some chicken butts. I have been eating at this restaurant ever since 2019. It was nothing like the other restaurants. There were also many other people who were dining who slowly became my friends and met them almost everyday in this restaurant. Sadly, 2 of really great waiters will sadly be retiring, one known for making us show work, mentioning a lot of cartoon characters, and many dad jokes which we all TOTALLY loved. And the other who is known to have a clues drama games, one I consider stranger danger asking them to stay 10 meters away from me which sadly is now probably more than 1km away from me now. Which I am upset about. The waiters here are marvelous and never seen any other waiters like them since they were that good, and will never forget them. Some getting other people who are dining to dance, sing, act, play instruments, do a live Picasso show for the rest of us. The diners there were quite odd sometimes asking for well done beef from the other diners or the waiters. Well I highly recommend ordering the Banana and chicken butt special, yes I know quite a weird name for a food item but highly recommend it. I would recommend this place as it is unique and have staffs who are really great at cooking their foods in the best way possible unlike other restaurants, and has years upon years of experience.

“I am friends with people who go here, they are so happy with the support and amazing service of this school! The amount of catering these students get is phenomenal. I may have to try it out myself, I am for sure trying out for high school!”

**Highly Recommended!**
We absolutely love Great Lakes Montessori. My son started here at just 16 months old, and now at 1½ years old, the progress he has made is incredible. He already knows his colours, is very organized, and even cleans up and puts his toys away neatly on his own. You can truly see the Montessori teachings reflected in his everyday life.
The teachers are all incredibly caring, attentive, and genuine—not only to the children in their own classrooms, but to every student in the school. Ms Naz, Ms. Christina is especially wonderful; she is always walking around, checking in on the children and classrooms, which really shows how involved and hands-on the leadership is.
This school makes you feel extremely comfortable and confident leaving your child in their care each day. We are so grateful to be part of such a nurturing and supportive environment. Highly, highly recommend Great Lakes Montessori!”
