Came to the service department to get a part and there are 3 gentlemen looking at a monitor and not one asked me if I need help or to just give them a second.customer appreciation goes a long way and if that’s how you treat them that’s bad business

This is the place! I have been a Jeep customer for over 15 years and when the time came to upgrade my vehicle (determined to stay loyal to Jeep) I have visited 3 other car dealers prior to Seven View that provided me a horrible experience! Mike Santoro at Seven View was AMAZING, HONEST and super easy to do business with! It was such a seamless experience! Mike’s follow up was incredible and did go beyond to ensure all was perfect! I definitely recommend this dealer in particular Mike for his OUTSTANDING customer experience! Thank You!

This is the 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from Seven View Chrysler. Charlie assisted me with finding the right vehicle and was very knowledgeable. Stephanie dealt with the financing part and worked efficiently. Definitely recommend them!

I'll start off by saying that Domenic, who I dealt with at Seven View was courteous and very nice. But you can definitely expect a bit of a hard sales push when you go to Seven View.I called first to inquire about a pre-owned vehicle, 2022 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, that they had, i was interested in going to see it and ask some questions about it. Domenic informed me prior to my visit that the vehicle is being driven by an employee and not at the dealership and to come back. I responded that I was still interested ask questions about the vehicle and can come back to see it on another day. Domenic mentioned that he will be happy to answer my questions and that we can work out the numbers and "lock it in". I understand that its his job to sell, but i didn't appreciate the suggestion of locking in a deal without even seeing the vehicle.Upon arrival at the dealership, I had all of my questions asked which included warranty info, financing info and invoice line items. Seven View does seem to charge a $500 admin fee which other dealerships do not. When I mentioned this, Domenic did say he can remove this from the cost of the vehicle.For some reason, I felt both him and his sales Manager Eddie were very pushy to get me to test drive a vehicle I was not asking about. I made it clear to them why I was looking at a Trailhawk and a 2022 model instead of a 2023. Most people don't have interest in test driving a vehicle that they aren't inquiring about.Domenic mentioned that he does have another 2022 Cherokee Trailhawk on the lot that we can open for me to take a look at the interior and its features. When we went to the lot, he took me to a Jeep Compass Trailhawk? Not even the same model of vehicle I was interested in. I did express that I had no desire to look at the interior of a vehicle that is not only a different model, but a model I have no interest in.Afterwards, when I asked more questions about the vehicle, he again suggested that we can "lock in" the sale - without even seeing the vehicle I was interested in.To anyone looking for a vehicle, I will always recommend to never feel pressured, always make sure you take your time, visit other dealerships and use resources such as YouTube and google to do your own research - separate from a dealership - to ger familiar with the car buying process and a few vehicles you are interested in.Ultimately, I didn't have a horrible experience at Seven View. Domenic was very friendly, personable and nice. But also very very salesy, a tad pushy.

My 2022 Ram Rebel was stolen and I decided to get another Ram, I went to Seven View and I asked for Steve by far the best guy you can meet there, Mr. Approval (Matthew) got me approved in seconds with the bank, Steve found the truck that I asked for, he brought my truck from who knows where but he did the Magic, I also order an aftermarket muffler and the boys at the garage did the work smooth, thanks guys but specially to STEVE.

I bought a RAM from Car Hub in North York and unfortunately the RAM was stolen within 4 days. I researched different dealerships, for example Richmond Hill Dodge RAM, the sales manager was very rude and unprofessional and wanted money upfront before doing any work. I went to Dodge in Mississauga, the talked the talk, but couldn't walk the walk. I then came to Seven View and met Charlie, the most professional and polite salesman I've come across and it's been a pleasure to work with him in getting my car. Not only did he get me the truck I wanted, he got the best price with the biggest discount. Charlie also introduced me to one of the best insurance brokers in the city, I got the best insurance deal. The sales manager at Seven View was very kind and professional who made the deal so smooth. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Charlie, Ravi and the team at Seven View. We will be back!

Brought a car under warranty. They say " If we check something and it's not under warranty, you'll have to pay $175"."So don't check anything I didn't ask for and that is not under warranty. Quite simple" - I say."No". She replies. "We check the car and if we find something that is not under warranty, you will have to pay for the check of something that is not under warranty" (that I never approved in the first place).Nice trick to force me to pay for service I didn't ask for.I left to go somewhere else.

Was in the process of buying a new Ram pickup when my family told me of issues (family issues) and asked me not to go forward with the purchase. After much fighting I relented. Eddie Tawil was extremely professional in helping me deal this issue and allowed me to back out of the deal. Eddie and his finance manager were nothing but professional throughout this difficult process. If they allow me to come back I will defiantly deal with them again!

Very disappointed and angry with this very unprofessional dealership! Just went to look at a certified Jeep and signed for it with a deposit then 3 days before picking it up I got a call that the “engine needs to be replaced” (under warranty). So instead of making it right the dealership backs out of the legally binding purchase agreement and gives MY Jeep away. Not very smart to handle it this way with someone that was willing to pay cash for a new vehicle. You don’t even deserve 1 star but yet again I have no choice…

Horrendous Experience - Stay Away from Seven View Chrysler!I am utterly disappointed with my experience at Seven View Chrysler. I purchased a brand new car from them in August 2022, and from day one, I have been facing issues with the screen in my car. It's been 11 months since then, and my problem remains unresolved. This dealership's lack of responsibility and customer service is beyond belief!Immediately after leaving the dealership, my car's screen started acting up, and I was assured by the dealership that it was normal for a new car. But how can a brand new car have such significant issues right from the start? Since then, I have made numerous complaints and visited the dealership multiple times, wasting so much of my valuable time.On my first visit, they claimed that a simple update would fix the issue, but it didn't work. I must have gone through over 15 updates, and still, the screen refuses to function properly. They even tried replacing the screen, but that didn't work either. As a result, I had to leave my car with them for extended periods - three days, then eight days, and even almost two weeks. The inconvenience of not having my own car and having to rely on a rental, which wasn't suitable for my work, caused me to lose multiple days of work. This is absolutely unacceptable!What's even more infuriating is that they have no solution in sight for my car, despite the fact that I spent over $100,000 on it! Eleven months later, my car remains unfixed, and they seem to be avoiding the fact that it is their responsibility to either provide me with a new car or issue a full refund.The worst part is their evasive attitude when confronted with the issue. They try to charm you with smooth words but take no real action or responsibility. Instead, they pass the blame onto Chrysler, saying that it's Chrysler's fault for selling them a defective car. Well, that's not my problem, and it's not an excuse for them to neglect their duty to their customers.I highly advise against purchasing a car from Seven View Chrysler. They are nothing but scammers who don't care about their customers once the sale is made. The lack of professionalism, the refusal to address my concerns adequately, and the failure to provide a resolution have left me feeling completely betrayed.Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for your car-buying needs. Seven View Chrysler is not worth your time, money, or trust. I hope my review serves as a warning to others looking to make a major purchase from this dealership. Avoid them at all costs!

$3900.00 for $300 of WORK!?!?I had them look at my AC looked at the beginning of summer of 2022. It wasn't making cold. I got a written estimated of over $3900 with tax. They wanted to change all lines front to back plus rear evaporator! $3900 with no compressor change. I asked the mechanic if he pressure tested the system. Despite having it for hours he said no, he could see "dye" coming out the evaporator and they always break the lines when the disconnect them so they all have to be changed. Sure thing Lenny. I took it straight to an AC shop. They inspected and pressure tested it in front of me in 20 minutes. They told me there were no visible issues and explained that modern refrigerant is a smaller molecule that eventually leaks out and just needs to be refilled very few years. $280 dollars later the system was charged and has been working perfectly ever since through lots of hot days. I could hardly believe it so I waited to post this review. Unbelievable. Clearly not honest. A year prior they charged me over $1000.00 to diagnose an electrical issue and disconnect 2 connections on my blind spot sensors when they shorted out. I later learned this is a totally common problem for the vehicle and less than 1/2 hour to test for and disconnect. I'll never go back.

Bought a car off Mike at Seven view. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable on cars. Stephanie from finance was friendly and fast at replying to emails. Will definitely recommend this place!
