*If I could have given a '0' start review, I would.*Encountered an absurd situation today at this Shoppers Drug Mart where I have been going to for years. For the last few times i discovered that number of pills I get for prescription (PPI drug) is completely off. It was never enough to get to next refill. I suspect I never realized there was a problem before because I was taking this drug not every day. However, lately I started relying on it more and more and since I had to take it every day I realized that the number of pills I am given is less than the period of time it should last for. I went to the pharmacy, said that I won't have enough pills for next refill and they agreed to fill in next refill sooner. Once it was ready, I went to pick up my refill, went home and calculated the number of pills I received and it appeared that instead of 100 pills (written on the bottle), there were 84 pills ( I was short on two weeks supply).I realized that the same thing happened last time (I did not count the pills) and probably it was happening before, but because I was taking medication not every day I did not realize that. I called the pharmacy and said that they owe me pills for at least 2 refills and that would come to 28 pills. They agreed to give me additional pills.I went to pick it up to the pharmacy and what happened there was in a total parallel reality. Pharmacist Simona said that: a) I get pills from manufacturer sealed (this is completely untrue, they always give me pills in the local pharmacy bottle, look at the uploaded picture), b) technicians know how to count! and made it as if for some reason this was my fault! This was abhorrent. Instead of looking what is happening within the pharmacy she accused me that it was my fault that number of pills was off by high margin. It was disgusting to say the least. Complete lack of common sense and she demonstrated absolutely irrational behavior. Wow!

Probably one of the worst pharmacies I had the pleasure of dealing with. The Pharmacist is negligent, rude, and condescending. That is if you can speak to her… she clearly doesn’t like dealing with people. Also, she doesn’t keep things confidential.

I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service in the beauty sector. These two young ladies were quite helpful in my choice for my mother's Christmas present.Sad to say that i didn't follow through on getting the perfume they suggested, but as a stylist adivsor myself, I have to say -- you've nailed your job responsibilities quite well. Keep it up!

I had bad experience . Fist , my waiting time on phone -20 minute with noisy music. Second , I was putting on hold so many times. My opinion, I had to transfer to person who can answer my question.

If you want them to waste your time, you have come to the right place. They have no idea what they’re talking about. I am speechless as to how they were certified to be a pharmacist.

Really hate that they removed self check out from this location. Constantly only have one person at the register and I often only have a few items. Self checkout was really convenient and now I dread having to stop in

Pathetic customer service. If you ever drop off a prescription expect to wait 30 minutes irregardless of how busy they are. Cause helping people get on with their day is just not their priority. We had drugstores for over 20 years and no one ever waiting had to wait longer than 10 minutes because we actually cared about our clients

Decent location, which is always clean. The check out line up can get very long before staff start caring. Also the pharmacy takes FOREVER to dispense drugs even though there are a tonne of people behind the counter.

Nice to hear this Shoppers is listening to their shoppers! Most prefer to deal with a cashier.
