It was such a pleasure shopping at Showcase! The store manager, Suzette, is by far the kindest, most well-rounded, enthusiastic, and genuinely respectful manager I have ever met. You can tell she truly loves what she does. She’s professional, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is amazing. People like her deserve nothing but the best in life. The store itself is very well kept, clean, and beautifully organized, and the staff are just as polite and helpful. I can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing, the assistant manager Jahnya deserves a raise, she stayed past closing to help me out while in a panic due to counterfeit labubus I had received in the mail from a false site. Providing amazing customer service and compassion towards the situation. Promote this girl asap!

to hiring/store manager, you guys seriously need to train your employees on their customer service. train your employees to organize their shelves properly so that it’s not misleading and confusing for customers, instead of lecturing your customers in such a condescending tone. i wanted to seriously argue with the cashier who was there today for raising her voice at me, but i stopped myself because maybe she was just having a bad day. still, that's not a good reason to be unprofessional like that. such a disappointing experience.

I had an amazing experience yesterday at showcase in Vaughan Mills! Suzette, the store manager, is so helpful and enthusiastic when selling her products. The customer service was amazing and my daughter’s birthday wish came true!!
