We would never recommend anyone to purchase from Sinterstone!
Horrible installation process, experience and end-results of installation!
Sinterstone’s competency in taking accurate measurements and installation is questionable! For example, having enough manpower (installers) for our installation job, arriving with proper working tools and equipment, performing clean work, clean caulking, from what we have witnessed and experienced…is questionable. The pieces from the original design had to be changed because of inaccurate measurement (s). We were not told beforehand that they would have to do a lot of cutting and grinding inside. They made a huge mess of dust throughout the open space, that we and our GC crew had to clean up.
This all leads to the sales management of Sinterstone. Throughout this whole process, we discovered that they put the burden on the client at the time of installation and were not forthright from the beginning. For example…asking the client for additional manpower to help carry inside the pieces of stone on the day of installation, callling the client as the installers were driving up to the site, ask the client to provide its own scaffolding for the stone installation, its own bits? What kind of stone company and installation crew does this?
We ended up supplying the scaffolding thanks to our GC and our own bits for the installers but no additional manpower!
To add, the installers do not speak any English.

After doing my research going to almost all the porcelain slabs companies we decided to go with Sinterstone for quality, service and price. We couldn't be happier with our decision .From the showroom to installers all the way the best in the trade. If you need to go for a supplier don’t waste your time. This is the best option.
