Cashier girl is so RUDE

Unpleasant experience. Do not trust this store, especially the salesperson named Sam. We wanted to purchase a pair of shoes but the size needed was not in stock. Sam suggested that we pay the full amount for the shoes first and he will try to source it from the warehouse/other locations. He assured us that if the shoes cannot be located, a refund could be made over the phone. Knowing that, we felt comfortable with placing the order. After almost two weeks of no follow up, we called the store and they said the shoes can’t be located and we needed to come in store to process the refund as they can’t refund through the phone. Seems like they were never going to follow up. Sam was happy to take our money and be done with it. Ridiculous customer service - no follow up nor apology. Cost us an extra trip to make it back to the store. Be careful and do not give them your payment information if they do not have the shoes on hand!!

There were 2 girls in this morning and for some reason they greeted everyone but me even when I smiled their way. That was whatever tho because I came it at opening time. They were standing there talking together for basically the whole time. There was one girl that helped me out a lot and got me multiple sizes which I appreciated. She had to go back and forth to get different sizes for the same show because the style I wanted was a lot tighter than I anticipated. But then a man who I assume was some kind of manager came in and the girls immediately separated. The girl helping me asked me my thoughts even tho the whole time I was there trying on shoes she only got me the sizes and didn’t do any other type of cs. Honestly I didn’t mind that she left me alone but I wish she wouldn’t have been so fake about coming to me to ask about my opinion when the manager came in.

Shameela is the person to talk to for all your shoe needs, she is amazing very knowledgeable and knows her products well. If you ever need a new pair of shoes for an amazing price I highly recommend you speak to her directly she’s amazing.

Great experience. Walked in last minute to buy a pair of shoes for an event. I was in and out in 5 mins with a very nice pair. Staff was super helpful and attentive immediately when I entered the store. Definitely would return to this location to purchase shoes again.

I was looking for a comfy white heels for the wedding I’m going to attend soon. I couldn’t find anything anywhere but came to SM and Manesha helped me to find the pair I was looking for. I’m so picky but she was super patient with me and brought different models and sizes for me to try! I couldn’t have found it she wasn’t there! ?

Be careful with that company.We order a shoes and put a full amount deposit. We come after a week and them don’t have the shoes.We try to cancel the order and them what to give us back only 70%.Think carefully if you want to buy or order from this store.Very bad customer service. Them need to take more seriously that part.It’s never happened to us in another store

Delighted, I returned 2 pairs of boots that I bought on Black Friday and I didn't have any problems, the girl was super kind to me. The boots didn't have any problem, they just didn't fit. I repurchased my size and they had a small stain and I also had another additional discount! thank you so much.

The sales person was very rude. I went in to buy a pair of loafers. I tried 3 pairs on. Took his time and was giving me attitude. He asked if I was going to buy anything because it wasn’t worth bringing the shoes to try on if I wasn’t going to buy any. With that attitude, I went to Designer Shoe store instead and bought the exact pair of shoes and from the Steve Madden brand.
