I’m always very happy shopping here, they always have more stocks than other locations, and moreover the staffs here are very quick and helpful, just learnt that they also do pricematch and save me a lot of time going around.

I went to get some electrical stuff, I asked some female staffers for help in customer service . At least 5 girls was there ,, they had very intellectual conversations ???together , I wait at least 15 minutes waiting, nobody came at last. What I interesting about this location is,, lots of people working but they are busy to chit chat with each other and time to close store. Absolutely not best Home Depot store for customers but fun place to work.

I have never given a home depot one star, always 5 because in general the employees are solution-oriented and in general we always have a solution.
This home depot is an exception
The stock is not restocked, the products are damaged and when an alternative is offered it is refused
I spoke with the manager, he is like his colleagues, problem-oriented more than solution-oriented.

Had the most amazing experience shopping at this location. My husband and I have been looking for the “Viral” Grand Duchess Fir Pre-Lit Tree, and every single Home Depot location had sold out of it.
The customer service department did a wonderful job at searching up various locations for availability and even though they didn’t find what we wanted, they still tried their best.
As we were about to exit the store, we were met by Molly who sold us the display of the tree!! She was so graceful and very helpful alongside another male associate who helped her take down and pack up the tree.
Lastly, Marcie, the lady at the cash desk was also really kind and sweet!
Overall one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this location.

Don't particularly enjoy the cat and mouse game of finding a rep when you have a question, otherwise - it's a home depot.

Absolutely horrible experience. I purchased the 12ft skeleton online for IN STORE pick up at this location. Online the item came up for $50 so without hesitation I purchased it. When I arrived at the store, my bill still said 12ft skeleton, but on the stores computer it said it was a 5ft skeleton. Upon explaining the situation to the acting store manager, we had to call the store manager Gurpreet.
If you have any issues, DO NOT bother speaking to him. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Upon explaining again to him and showing him my bill, he said it was a customer service issue. After tirelessly explaining myself to him he walked away from me rudely and left me with the acting manager, Eric. Eric was fantastic and we called customer service together and explained to them the situation, for them to also tell us that it was a store issue to be resolved, not an online issue.
Amidst us having this phone I could see Gurpreet peek from the seasonal section at least 2 times to see if we left, because he clearly didn't want to do his job.
Long story short, I had to go to another store to buy this item and bring it back to this location so Eric could honour the price. Unfortunately he could only do it for $100 instead of $50 which we originally paid for it. This was because the store manager, Gurpreet, refused to do his job and walked away from customers for Eric to figure it out on his own.
If I could, I'd give a 5 star review to Eric, but I'm beyond disappointed in the store manager, Gurpreets, work ethics and how he handled the situation.
To add, I used to work at home depot and know the policies quite fluently and what managers are able to do with issues like this. In turn, I got the typical line "you need to call customer service" from Gurpreet, before he walked away in the middle of me speaking, instead of him doing his job. Lazy, unprofessional and horrible manager to leave others to do his job.

I paid for the lumber order at 10:46 AM. It is now 12:20 PM, and I am still waiting for several boards that have not yet been brought from the warehouse.
Don't go to HomeDepot unless you're ready to spend the whole day there.

came today around 6:50 and asked an employee, a big guy in the refrigerator and fridge section, if he could show me a good glue for an outside window. He told me to check aisle 11, which was about a 10-second walk away. I asked him to show me, but he told me to check it myself, and there were over 20 different brands and types. How hard is it to help a customer? Instead of just standing there talking to a girl, he could have helped. Finally, I went to the paint section and asked a girl. She was very friendly and helpful; she showed me a good glue and explained how to use it.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Maaz at Home Depot, and he truly went above and beyond. It's clear that he loves his job and has a genuine passion for helping customers. He has incredible knowledge of everything in the store and was able to answer every question with confidence, guiding customers to exactly what they need. I want to express my sincere thanks to Mr. Maaz for his outstanding service today, he made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable!
