Purchased airpod pros at this location less then two weeks ago and now they are not connecting to my phone. I've tried everything, from updating the software , to reading multiple articles online, to even cleaning them (even though they werent dirty at all). When I purchased these airpods the store clerk told me I could only use two methods of payment and that my 100$ vaughan mills gift card would not be allowed. So I used my debit card and now have been informed I cannot get a refund. So upset at this very unpreofessional store, don't plan on ever coming back ever again.
