“I had a great experience at the Fossil store at Vaughan Mills, thanks to the store manager, Jenny. I originally bought a watch for $170 online, but in-store it was $189 for two. Unfortunately, the exact watch I had purchased was out of stock in the store, so I couldn’t buy it again at the lower price.
Even so, Jenny went above and beyond to help me. She was extremely patient, supportive, and worked hard to find the best possible solution for me. She showed me several beautiful designs that matched my style and preferences perfectly.
Her customer service was outstanding, and she truly made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. I really appreciate her help and highly recommend this store because of her excellent service.”
