One older gentleman in there yesterday, very rude and condescending attitude, perhaps needs more training on how to talk to customers, was not helpful at all, not a good experience!.......

Thanks so much for your great service replacing my rear window wiper blade arm. I appreciate all that you did when the wiper blade replacement went from a simple fix to a bit more complicated. The turnaround time was only 24 hours due to having to order the part from a dealership. Spending an extra day in Dresden visiting family was a bonus!! I want you all to know your great service was truly appreciated!! ??
