I must say Noah went over and above here and put his customer first. I am embarrassed to say I wasn’t the easiest to deal with, first I couldn’t access the program and wasn’t very pleasant about it, I opened a dispute with PayPal AND LOST, then my puppy died and Noah refunded my money even though he didn’t have to. I am humbled by your business ethics and if and when I can bring myself to get another puppy I will definitely use your products first . Thank you Noah I appreciate the way you handled this situation .

We were able to prep for a Labrador Retriever puppy in advance of picking her up. All videos and written notes are absolutely concise and easy to follow. Within 24-hours of getting an 8-week old puppy she is sitting on command!

Excellent!! The training videos really helped prepare my family for our first puppy. During the COVID shut down these videos were our only option, months later we had a professional dog trainer come to our home, she was impressed at how well trained our dog was, we really didn’t need additional help. All we did was follow the lessons from these training videosWe now have a second puppy and we watched the videos again!!!

I had a great experience with this shop. They are quite responsive, approachable and assisting. They did not try to rip me of and return the miscalculated amount immediately, though it was also somehow my mistake. I recommend this shop to everyone.
