“I recently brought in my van for a long oil leak problem. Mike Ross immediately described wjat was common in my van and whatn he thinks it is. I needed my van back asap as I live rural and don't have other method of travel. Sure enough he not only repaired the oil leak but also made sure all my fluids were topped up and even chasis lubed. All this in inder what he quoted it could cost as well as got it done fast. This guy is genuine and it being small town makes it so comfortable in treatment. Best ever for me.”

“The staff i found to be very friendly and personable. They had noticed another potential problem, which i had not that could be very costly. A loose clamp, which they tightened and recommended keep an eye on it for fluid leaks(@ no extra cost). Very profesional & appreciated. Thanks guys.”

“I had blown a radiator hose while driving on the freeway and my truck redlined. I took it to the dealership and they fixed the hose but on the drive home a knock sensor code came up. Again I went to the dealership and the replaced one sensor but not both which was a dumb move since they are difficult to access. Needless to say I would continue to have the knock sensor code come up again and again. Then I noticed I was losing coolant and after several visits to the dealership there conclusion was I needed a new engine. I took my truck to Bothwell Automotive for a second opinion and they found a leaking gasket which they replaced and pressure tested. So far so good and I will never go back to the dealership for service. Thanks Gill and Todd for explaining everything, your hard work and great customer service. I definitely found my new GoTo place for service on my truck.”
