Shopped here during the recent ice storm. We're so happy to find them open! Was amazed at the quality of the coffee! We loaded up for other selves and neighbours☺️Then stocked up on essentials and even got a phone charger for my car at an amazing price! The cashier was cheerful and extremely helpful. An asset to our community!

We’re locals 15 minute walk away often go there when superstore is closed but not again 07/18/2024 01:00 16y/o girl is making a tea while I(17)walk the store, meanwhile Gourav the cashier rather than watching me who’s more likely to steal walking around he sits there staring at the girl. She moves to the ice cream across the store bends to grab one off the bottom shelf and buddy had moved over to the far right side of the counter to continue to stare at her. That’s when I went up and ask him if she was doing something and he said he was doing “his job” which I assume is facing ,cleaning ,stocking and more but definitely not staring at minors. I stayed up at the he counter with him till she came up and only then did he stop looking at her, even she on the way out told me how he made her feel uncomfortable as every time she turned around to look for me or anything he was staring right at her

Had a really bad experience today while visiting the wasaga store location an employee named Nav was very rude and unprofessional started getting aggressive and threatening me as I was a little short on change for purchasing a small slushy I do not recommend going to this location or letting your children.

Paper straws don't even last 10 min in a slushy before you can't even pull through them anymore, excellent slushies, but... bring your own straw ;)

So today was my final straw. I called in to ask if they had an item (spaghetti noodles) “since sometimes I walk down and they don’t have it” and the pricing of it, all I got told was I don’t know come check yourself very rudely then they hung up before I could even say pardon me. Also I have been there a lot as I live around the corner and their staff alone one on one are very rude! my fiancé and I have been treated so disbelieving disgusting throughout the few months I have lived here by their employees and the apparent “owner” being refused product because magically it’s not in the system? Sorry for my rant but this is gross I have met 2 nice employees there and both have left for good reasons! Bad company if you can go somewhere else I highly recommend you do.

A nice store and friendly staff however the smell of this store is not pleasant.It's either mold or rotten wood because the smell just punches you in the face when you walk in the door.
