The bank manager Linda was very abrupt and rude. Not professional in the way she delivers information. Would never refer or send business to this bank as long as she's the manager

Crystal the manager is a poor example for her team. Shows no respect for her clients. Team is not aware where the information is if there is a complaint. Would never refer anyone to the branch as long as she is the "manager". I've been in the banking environment for over 20 years and never have been treated so much disrespect. Her attitude changed greatly when i presented 2 pieces of ID one of which was my drivers license and the second was my Native Status card. Derogatory remarks made by her to her staff within ear shot. Will follow up with a formal complaint to the Ombudsman

My card was compromised and I contacted RBC over the phone numerous times and was on hold with the Fraud department for a total of almost 6 hours (3 hours and 2.5 the second time) once the call was answered the guy said that unfortunately i didn’t correctly answer all the security questions and after me begging him to ask a few more and explaining that i have been waiting a very long time, he just hung up! I rushed to my nearest branch, which is in Wasaga Beach, the manager there sat me down and calmed me, asked all the right questions and one of the ladies in the teller section was super helpful in helping me close my card and reimbursing me for the charges not made by me. I cannot begin to explain how much this meant to me, after all the turmoil that happened over the phone, these ladies solved my issue in under 10 min. I am very grateful for their understanding, patience and their professionalism in helping me deal with this situation. Thank you again!!! You made my day that much better!

I needed a mortgage for a condo out of province. As a first-time buyer, this was a pretty daunting undertaking. Michael and Grace went way, way above and beyond what anyone could expect, spending the better part of a month answering all my questions and worked really hard to negotiate a great deal for me in financially uncertain times. Highly recommended.

New customer and already not happy with my in branch service with RBC at this location in Wasaga Beach. Nor am I happy with telephone services... My rating may change if service gets better for me an everyone else who can relate to this review....

I am very disappointed in the service. I wanted to withdraw a RESP so I emailed the RBC agent I dealt with. I received no response. I then booked a telephone appointment and I waited for 1 hour after the scheduled appointment and no call. I then called the Wasaga bank and talked to someone not at the bank and they verified the appointment and referred me to another number. That number said they could not receive the call and I gave up. With all the profits that RBC is posting you think they could have better customer service. Further investments will not be with RBC.

The staff is great but 930-5pm open times?! So I need to come in while I'm at work? That's not convenient at all. I need my bank to be open for when I can come in. You'd be more useful to more ppl if you stayed open till at least 6pm. Or opened at 8am. You've literally cherry picked the best work times which is great for your employees but it's not really supporting the community.

I am handicapped and cannot just get up and go to a bank. I have tried to phone this institution to get information and these people simply can’t be reached by phone. They really don’t want to help anyone!!!

Kevin Gallant went over and above to secure our mortgage. Under short time constraints and the Canada Day holiday he succeeded. His great communication skills and working outside regular business hours made him great to work with.
