I couldn't be happier with the service I received at The Mobile Shop. After a two hour wait at Rogers resulted in zero progress, the two technicians installed a new sim card (in a phone that isn't even in production), at no charge, with a smile! And then told me where I could find a case.

Worst service ever especially if you get the larger guy with glasses. How he got a customer service job is beyond me- so miserable and unapproachable and unfriendly. I use to go here for all our families upgrades- and now I will never take our business there again. He's so rude and condescending. I'm appalled anyone could think he's event remotely friendly enough to put in a public job.

Was not told about the extra fee for activation and was surprised to see the first bill of extra money which I should have been told about when purchasing the phone. Also there was a ad that if you purchased the A53 Samsung phone under Koodo that you could receive up to 100,000 PC Optimum points and I received 0 points. The people working at this mobile shop need to fully explain everything in more detail instead of just worrying about making a sale. Will shop elsewhere from now on.

I've dealt with The Mobile Shop several times over the last few years and they have always been really helpful and knowledgeable, especially Ryan. Keep up the good work. I appreciate the patience they demonstrate with people that are not very tech savvy, like me.

It was great at first, but when the phone stop working at 13 days later, they wouldn't do anything at the store, even before the 15 days was up. I called our service provider and they added to the account saying to change the phone cause its under the 15 days and also found out they didn't even added our warranty to the plan, even says it to on the paper work it does. Went back to the store in and they agrue with me and still would do a damn thing. I called my provider and they gave me 3 months of free service, but I still needed to pay off this phone, to get a new phone. I will never go back to THE MOBLE SHOP at SUPERSTORE in WASAGA BEACH.
