Called in for a simple request because key was lost but another neighbor found and told us next day they put in in the return key box . She would not take a minute to take a look to see if it was there and was rather rude about it .

They never come on time and do false advertising. Oh and the workers are miserable ??? which really sucks.

Just called to check on a weird address I had. Despite my random awkward questions whoever answered was very nice. Thank you!

When i go a few years back , i live in Washago, customer service mentality was definitely not a strength of this office .Having said that , this has changed significantly over the last 2 years and these days it's always a pleasure going there . Nothing to complain about , great job ladies.

Had a package delivered today the driver came to the door knocked and then took off with my package didn't even wait 30seconds so my father could get to the door called to the Washago post office spoke with Deb she is extremely RUDE. she said "well it the weather" I understand bad weather but, I never asked him to deliver my package today and weather has nothing to do with waiting at least one min for someone to come to the door

Resident of Washago so this is the closest post office to me. Every time I come here I am always treated so rudely. I wish the ladies that work here could treat everyone in a nice and be friendly professional manner.

Just moved to Washago and this is my closest post office. It is always so slow and I feel like I’m an inconvenience when I go and pick up my packages. My poor father in law even had a terrible experience when asking about putting a mail box in so we wouldn’t have to go pick up so often. I understand that customer service is a tough job but if your not willing to treat your customers with some respect then why are you working there?
