The staff are capable, competent and accommodating and this outlet is fully equipped to provide all of your shipping related needs.In my years coming here I've yet to have a problem, ever. The secret is to know in advance that the Shoppers Drug Mart that this operation resides in has different operating hours than the actual postal outlet that lies within. If you come two minutes to midnight expecting to receive or ship a package the staff at S.D.M are going to turn you around, pat you on the head and send you home to get some much needed sleep. Don't be that person. Come on time and be prepared for the tasks you want to accomplish and you will leave satisfied.”

“When i go a few years back , i live in Washago, customer service mentality was definitely not a strength of this office .Having said that , this has changed significantly over the last 2 years and these days it's always a pleasure going there . Nothing to complain about , great job ladies.”
