Lip Oil - May contain Helvetica, but at least it's not Times New Roman. Still, the rest of the place has a pretty good selection of fonts.

The store itself is nothing fancy but one of the workers there by the name of Jessie is an absolute doll! Such amazing customer service, very sweet young lady.

I had to make a quick stop to pick up a couple of gift bags.I have never been in this location before and I was pleasantly surprised.I stopped in at 8:30 pm and took a quick trip through the card and gift bag sections. There were courteous 20 and 15 minute announcements. I didn't feel hurried but reminded of the time. The store was very neat and clean. The 2 girls working where extremely polite, pleasant and helpful right to the last customer in & out the door. No one felt rushed, but valued as a customer.

This is generally a good store, but on this particular day, I have no idea how many employees were on that day, or who the manager was-But it wasn’t around lunch time either, but I literally waited in line to be cashed out for at least 7-8 minutes (no exaggeration). Finally wife and went and got someone, they said go to Register 1 where I was at (I didn’t put my goods on the belt). Then finally a person or cashier calls me to Register 3 to cash out. Realize it’s COVID and people are grumpy, but come on use a little common sense and wrap the glass products, so they don’t cracked against each item in the bag (takes 3 seconds). Poorly managed store that day, hope things improve, as I don’t usually leave 1 Star Reviews.

Is the Dollar Tree staff aware that if someone has a medical exemption you cannot harass that person or require proof of their condition. The last time I was in there, my mask was just slightly below the tip of my nose and the cashier asked me to pull it up. I said that I have a medical exemption, but I wear the mask to make others feel more comfortable. (I was almost going to pull out my rescue inhalers from my purse, but decided against it as I know it´s against the law for the store to ask for proof. Someone standing in line had the gall to chime in and say, ¨I believe he asked you to pull up your mask. Just do it. ¨ I told him the same thing I told the cashier: I have an exemption and you´re not allowed to hassle someone about it. At that point, both he and a woman standing behind him started telling me off and didn´t stop yelling at me till I was out the door. The cashier should have stepped in (since he started the whole thing and rolled his eyes when I said I had an exemption) but never told them to please stay out of it. I could have had your store fined for that under the ¨Reopening Ontario Act.¨Do better next time and follow the law like you´re supposed to. I realize this whole situation is frustrating for everyone involved, but you are NOT allowed to force anyone to wear a mask, nor ask for proof of their exemption. And I´ll remind you that even though I´m not required to wear one, I do it to avoid causing problems, but if I need to pull it down for a few seconds to breathe better, you have no right allowing other customers to yell at me.

Please clearly mark which items are not for sale during the state of emergency. With some sections blocked by boxes and vague signs above items (that don't say "if this sign is here, you can't buy it) it's very confusing. I ended up just leaving my items at the cash tonight after having been the only customer in the store for 15 minutes and not being told until checkout that the things i was loading up on were not for sale. A little "just so you know" while i was shopping would have been a big help vs the "oh you can't buy most of that stuff because it's non-essential" that i got at the register. i can follow rules when i know what they are.

Came in for bread 11:37am Sunday may 2nd. Floor manager? (she was dressed differently, and walked into the office right after)... Had mask around just one ear.... Let out two really wet sounding coughs.... Into her hand..... And then went and opened her office door and went inside.I put the bread back and left. It's far too deep into this pandemic to be making these kinds of errors in front of customers. I feel for the staff. Please stay safe... You were all wearing your masks properly except for her.How can I return after seeing that? It's scary.

I shop at this location regularly. The full-time staff person is consistently moody and sullen. Today, I entered the store to sharp commands to retreat, stand back, wait for orders. Covid protocols vary across retail settings. There was nothing posted to let customers know not to enter the store until indicated, to stand back beyond 6 feet or to be treated so poorly. Another customer agreed that her behaviour was unacceptable. We are all stressed right now and trying to find some balance in an unsettled world. There are lots of ways to proactively greet these changes in any retail setting. This location needs to step up wrt customer service and communication. In addition, I was forced to use a perfumed hand sanitizer... I have major allergies to scents. I have had a headache for 6 hours plus sneezing and coughing.
