I bought some hiking boots in May and the soles started coming off in December. The boot has a defect. I went to the store in Waterdown where I bought it asking for help such as a replacement. I'm not looking for a refund. They said it’s after 100 days and they cannot help me. I said can you get them fixed. They said no. I said can you offer a discount on a new pair they said no. This is terrible. I’ll be shopping somewhere else. They don't seem to have quality products, stand behind their products, or care about their customers.

Just picked up a new pair of boots staff were amazing Sina went out of his way to ensure I had the right size boots and was very helpful. Karen cashed me out, her and the other woman at the counter were very chatty/ friendly was an overall great experience.

I purchased a new pair of workbooks on line but they were way to big. No problems when I returned them. These are both the same size but as you can see the Cats are way bigger.
