One fine Sunday my roommate and I decided to visit this Walmart for some pasta sauce, kraft dinner and milk. (We weren't putting the pasta sauce in the kraft dinner). Anyway they had a great sale and we bought 10 boxes and 2 jars of pasta sauce. Halfway through our grocery shop we found a cardboard box on the ground and put everything in the box because we were carrying more than we anticipated. Anyway so we check out and put everything in the box. My roommate is carrying the box with everything in it (except the milk) and the box explodes and everything falls out and one of the jars of pasta sauce breaks and goes EVERYWHERE. It was all over our boxes of kd and the glass was broken and sauce all over the place. This one employee walks RIGHT by us and starts LAUGHING right in our faces and says nothing and walks away. Absolutely LUDICROUS. He comes back and says don't worry about cleaning it up (as if we were going to?????? yeah lemme just grab my mop). Then I ask for a bag cuz what are we gonna do with all of our saucy kd and he says "uh uhhhh uh well uhhh... you have to pay for them." BRUH. It's ONE BAG. It's like what? 25 cents? You've just witnessed our crisis and laughed at us and aren't letting us grab a bag? Like be nice. Also he didn't offer for us to get a new jar of sauce which whatever... but at least let us have a bag pls. We walked out carrying all the boxes of kraft dinner and sauce and milk and our hands were completely covered in sauce. Thanks a lot Walmart employee that we don't want to see again.

The manager ( Lin ) was so helpful she went above and beyond what any other person at other Walmarts did I with all my words will recommend this location to everyone

After going to multiple Walmarts in search of a particular product, this location had 2 individuals who went above and beyond to find and bring me the item that I had initially thought was out of stock (empty shelf). Thank you for providing what is unfortunately becoming uncommon today, customer service.

Staff walking around not doing nothing, overstuffed for no service value, most cash registers are not open, to be time-efficient you must use the self-checkouts which you did not get reimbursed for, it's a struggle at the self-checkouts to pay by cash... My previous review was at 3 but I have to change it because the above and more. You can't ask of a employee where things are located or get help with at all especially with so many lazy staff... ?

My wife and I shop here all the time, this particular store (Super Centre) is massive, large aisles and it can be quite the walk If you walk the entire store a couple times. We’ve always found Staff friendly and helpful there. Reasonable priced item, (not a fan of their produce department). When they have their sales on, one could save substantially. They price match if you want (customers love you for this while they wait). Don’t think the cashiers are too keen on them either. Always friendly greeters ;they even give the disabled a chance to work also). Plenty of parking, and a McDondals right i store (if you’re are desperately hungry for food ). Have a Deli, and bakery items, plenty of clothing items for sale, even discount racks to save more money. We will keep coming back to this store. (It’s our favourite Walmart ).

Just want to give a shout out to a wonderful young man who helped my elderly Father with a new cell phone. His name is Adam in the electronics dept. He went above and beyond to explain the features of the new phone in a way that my father was able to follow. Thanks for all his help and patience.

I have had a good shopping experience today at Walmart. Most of the staff was kind and welcoming, but this time, I want to recognize Angie, who I connected with while checking out.She patiently explained that clothes hangers get reused or recycled at the store in case customers don’t want to take them home. It’s a win-win for me since I’d do the same at home but am short on time.Thank you, Angie. You gave me another reason to return and shop at Walmart Waterdown. Hope to see you next time!

Visited Walmart today for chicken thighs as advertised in the flyer, but there weren't any in stock. An employee told us they didn't get much in and that the store should get enough to supply the demand generated by the flyer. I agree. Then as with so many stores, I need to self check my groceries because they don't want to pay employees to do checkout anymore. While doing this, they are taking my photo and displaying it to me to make sure that I know they're watching me and I better not steal while doing my own checkout that they required I do by not providing sufficient cashiers. Then they ask me to donate money so they can get a tax receipt. Shopping has become utterly ridiculous.

Absolute clown show of a business. 0 lanes open and only 1 self checkout lane for the 6 people in line. Even a walmart employee was upset about the state of things as they were just getting off shift and trying to make a purchase. Looking at my receipts and I don't see my employee discount for having to work there. The only reason to justify a score as high as 1 star is because the greeter at the front door was very friendly and was the only positive about the experience

Very well kept Walmart, well stocked shelves, friendly staff, clean interior with ample parking. Located in a plaza with food and shops within walking distance.

I’m rating this in the middle. I went there this morning and was astonished at how inexpensive my four grocery items were, under $10. So far, great. Then I went to check out and there were no cashiers open, so I had to self checkout, and as always I had problems. So an employee had to come over and do it for me. She was pleasant about it, but why not have someone available in the first place?

I shop here regularly, it is my local store. The experience has gotten worse over the last few years, the store is often quite dirty, the shelves are usually in disarray if you are there in the afternoon. Even though there seems to be an abundance of management staff, none of them are capable in assisting with the cash or stocking or even customer service, but they are able to clog up the isles as they gather in groups or walk across the path, at a leisurely pace, in front of a fully loaded grocery cart causing the customer to take evasive action to miss them. And lastly, the store is pushing the customer towards the self checkout while half of the machines have been down for months, and the girls at the checkout, only one helps to bag the items, the rest just scan them and shove them to the side, so that the entire cart now must be bagged while the other customers wait, why bother with this 'service' if the customer is the one doing the heavy lifting?

The store is fine, sunday morning this store is full of people and they only have 2 cashiers open! It's wrong to push all of these people to go and self checkout. Ridixulous!

Very rude employees. Picking up groceries for Uber Eats delivery and the girl bringing them was rude. I showed my concerns about the loads of reusable bags to customers for each delivery and to see if Walmart can reuse the bags, or send the orders in cardboard boxes. She was extremely rude.I myself do not shop at Walmart for the rude and not helpful staff. An older man told me today that Waterdown Walmart has been named the worst for rudeness in all of Canada.Congratulations to the staff on being rude A-holes. You deserve a slap on the back of the head to learn some respect and kindness.

This location is the best! The pharmacy staff is exceptional, especially Marnie! Waterdown Walmart for the win?.
