I’ve found that booking an appointment over the phone with this location feels unnecessarily complicated. It would be great if they adopted a more advanced system, similar to what many places, like barbershops, use nowadays. The convenience of online or app-based scheduling would make the process much easier and more efficient.

I have been going to the Vision Centre for many years. The Manager Sunil is always very helpful and friendly. A constant change of staff it seems. Like everywhere else.All the Closing Times are wrong on the Google page. Some days too.

Had an really good experience at Walmart Vision Centre in Waterdown.. Sunil the manager was extremely helpful as well as his staff appreciate the hard work. He knew exactly what I was looking for in glasses and sunglasses.. the price points were good as well! Excellent service

I have recently got my eyes checked and ordered three pairs of glasses from the Vision Center at Walmart. I was waited upon very professionally and so far I am very happy with the prescription and the glasses.

Came in and there was one person. Politely wait for my turn to talk to them. Other people walk in from outside and I'm completely ignored and she goes to these other people. Very rude

I am very disappointed with their service here. I thought everything was going well until I got my glasses. I ordered two pairs but only got one, they messed up my order. The prescription was bad because the optometrists over complicated her job. They have a poor selection of frames to. The lens coating makes everything glossy. I am never going to come here again.
